Scientists mull over clues on COVID-19 virus origin

(INTELLIHUB) — International and Chinese scientists have composed a report that explores the potential origin of the COVID-19 coronavirus strain.
The team mulled over four possible theories during the study that they believe had the highest probability of occurring over a year ago in Wuhan, China, where the outbreak started. However, it’s not anticipated the report will cover the possibility of a bioweapons release.
According to the AP: “It will offer a first glance in writing from 10 international epidemiologists, data scientists, veterinary, lab and food safety experts who visited China and the city of Wuhan — where a market was seen as the initial epicenter — earlier this year to work with Chinese counterparts who pulled up the bulk of early data.”
The report seems to be a diversion of sorts, likely comprised to pass the buck.
