I use them all of the time for any virus. It even works for shingles. You need to know that if the pine needle is brown or dead do not use. It is cyanide. Also Ponderosa pine is not good to use. White pine is supposed to be the highest in vitamin C. I use pinion. It tastes to good. Thanks Mike great podcast!
You can juice pine needles with a wheat grass juicer. Have to dilute with water as it tastes something like gunpowder, just stronger. I had no doubt this is a healing agent when I tasted it the first time

This sounds awesome Mike…except for all the chemicals falling on the trees and if you live in a place like I do all the trees are all dying and those which are not obviously dying and beginning to turn brown. I am surrounded almost all pine trees and I’d say 25% of them have died in the 18 years I’ve lived here. I would not put anything in my body from these trees!
