Towards a better mentality….

In 1960´s psychiatry began to change because of uprising and understanding against cruel methods that had been used against patients. Librium was introduced as a treatment. This had a calming effect on patients and also made doctors think in another way. During the 1960´s and 1970´s the “anti-psychiatry” movement began to question and revise the welfare society. An intensive debate about psychiatry led to a change of it. But still today psychiatry is in confuse and use bad pharmaceuticals and other treatments they should move away from.

Psychiatry classifies several psychic conditions according to their classification of mental illness. Many I do believe are without almost any understanding of it. Two mental states that can better be understood are “psychophony” and “psychographic” experiences.  

When a person believes he/she hear voices, the doctors usually define it as some sort of psychosis or schizophrenia. But psychiatric cases with men and women “hearing voices” can be understood differently with the word “psychophony”, which came out of Allan Kardac´s education. It´s when a person he/she talks (or listen to) inside the head with a voice with something in the death realm or not. Allan ment that it´s two kinds of psychophony, the conscious one and the unconscious one. This is ongoing and is for real. This condition can make life tough to be in. Communication with the other side (death realm) can open (or not) up another realm that the psychophonic person begins experience through voices in his/her head.

Another psychic condition that doctors usually classify as psychosis, can instead be explained as the word “psychographic”. It’s when persons experiencing graphics in their heads during wake state. Persons (Men or Women) see inside their head pictures or graphical content or dreams. This is also a mental state that can be tough to be in, as it makes a person (he / she) so busy with them self.

Both these conditions can occur at the same time. Doctors or others that do want to help patients with these kinds of mental states of difficulties should focus om treatments with effective sleep medicine/medicals and also tranquilizers/calmers. These medicines make the brain find a state of be, that makes life liveable.
