My Spirits are high and my Health is Great!!!

I continue to pray for those in need during this worldwide pandemic.

Ohhhhhhh Yeeeaaaahhhh…………..did I eat something oh so Good if not GREAT!!!!

I Tell You What: My food may not win any beauty contests …….. but I would match it to just about anyone when it comes to taste.

So what’s cooking Dave???

I will let some pictures do my talking:

Duck for ALDI

Ready to ROCK

Placed on a wire rack with wings tucked back and seasoned

Organic Five Spice Blend

Preheat oven at 325 degrees

Cook Breast side down for 2 hours

After two hours of cooking, flip the Duck Breast side up and cook for 1 hour more at 325 degrees.

Let duck cool for at least 30 minuets to let the juices calm down before cutting into pieces.

I guess that’s about it for today. It is the middle of the week and not too much going on. I have mentioned in the recent past that my job requires me to report to work everyday that I am scheduled. So, during this Pandemic I have not missed a day. So that means 5 days a week and 8+ hours a day. I do get to enjoy weekends off.

I really can’t wait for retirement. If I was single I would resign today. So, I have many years to go for now. Unless I inherit a million $$$ then I’m out of here!!!
