      If the Iodine RDI (recommended daily intake) is 150 mcg,… why is this guy saying it’s 25 mg,… ???

        I have his book, I call him the King of iodine. I always thought I’m fit, but when I took his recommendations I improved so much in my health and fitness unbelievable. For me he is right what he says.
