So, in reality, having 4-5 smaller meals is better for your fitness goals than having one large meal. Moreover, keep in mind that you should never skip breakfast, as breakfast serves to provide your body with the energy it needs to get through the day. Also, don’t forget to drink plenty of water, since it can help you lose weight faster.
