If that was you or me,we would be in a cell. Just like if the cops(in cali) pull you over and you have no drivers license,they give you a ticket and impound you car. But if your illegal they only give you a ticket and make you walk home and leave you car Becouse it puts a hardship on the person. But if your legal they take your car.
