The "Monster of Toluca": Home Searches and 300,000 mdp Reward Offered

The so-called “Monstruo de Toluca” ie the “Toluca Monster” has been a fugitive for a week, and the residents of the area where he lived, in the capital of the State of Mexico, fear for the safety of their daughters. He may be ia serial killer.

A few days ago, the State of Mexico State Police entered the house located on Calle Ponciano Díaz 136 in the Villa Santín neighborhood, in the Toluca municipality, at the plea of ​​a man looking for his missing daughter. It was the address of Óscar García Guzmán, Jessica’s boyfriend. When the authorities arrived they were horrified, they found Jessica’s body and that of two more women.

On October 24, Jessica Guadalupe Jaramillo Orihuela, 23, disappeared. Her family devoted themselves to looking for her tirelessly, her father knew that something was wrong, so days later he went to where her boyfriend Óscar García lived , but with rudeness he told him that she was not there and her father ran from it.

The GPS of Jessica’s cell phone marked that address as the last point, so her father went to the authorities to intervene. Oscar was summoned and came with his private security guard uniform, in his statements he said he did not know anything about her, left there, returned home, packed and left for an unknown destination.

Jessica’s father asked the neighbors to alert him if they saw his daughter or the subject, and they did so: they told him that he had left with suitcases in hand. The man went back to the police and now they returned with a search warrant to search the property, there they found Jessica, murdered in the bathroom and had traces of having been suffocated.

The ministers continued to review and found the remains of two more women, one in the cistern and another in the backyard.

The neighbors pointed out that the alleged aggressor was a psychology student and that he also worked as a private security agent, he was very reserved and hardly saw  anyone.

One of the officers, interviewed by the Milenio portal , said that the subject would have killed his “girlfriend” Jessica when she  discovered the body of one of the two women and realized he was a killer; therefore Oscar decided to murder her, apparently by strangulation.

Authorities of the Office of the Attorney General of the State of Mexico (FGJEM) will conduct searches of “Oscar”-related homes, now called the “Monster of Toluca”, the alleged murderer of Jessica.

Óscar García Guzmán , the “Toluca Monster” , is being investigated for probable feminicide , for the disappearance and death of Jessica, a 23-year-old girl, whose body was located on November 1 inside the  white stucco house, on Ponciano Díaz street, in the Colonia Santín neighborhood, in Toluca.

FGJEM staff reviewed a property in Villas Santín in Toluca, where two bodies of women were located, one of the other victims could have been undefined.

Oscar is a 28-year-old man; he is of thin complexion and measures approximately 1.70 meters; he has light complexion, a short military hairstyle, medium eyes and mouth, thin and elongated lips. The alleged man wanted for feminicide likes combat arts and violence.

In his social media profile, under the pseudonym “Alexander Anderson”, his profile picture has a “like” of Jessy Jaramillo, the murdered young woman.

KRAV MAGA: “To Kill not to Die”

There, in his profile, the ” Toluca Monster” exhibits his diplomas of Krav Maga, a military personal defense system used by the Israeli defense and security forces, where combat is melee and includes methods of defense against one or several attackers in response to one or more attacks.

This discipline includes attacks that can be with or without weapons, but always forceful, because the Krav Maga uses the empty-handed technique and/or  advanced techniques with simple weapons.

Óscar Guzmán , the ” Toluca Monster” and alleged man wanted for feminicide , has studied these techniques for at least four years; he has even received diplomas according to the degree he holds. His latest publication tells of a Krav Maga seminar in which he participated on May 19, 2019.

With only 25 social media “friends” and according to their publications, one might think that Oscar is a lonely man, who enjoys violence. In one of his publications you can read:

“If you want to learn to KILL, There is nothing better than Krav Maga. After all, it was created in World War II with that one goal, to kill not to die [sic] “

Oscar’s comment is accompanied by a video where four men can be seen while demonstrating the use of the technique.

One of the women killed has been identified by her dress and body characteristics but authorities are  still waiting for DNA tests to confirm the victim.

While Jessica Guadalupe was located in a bathroom and the other bodies in the house garden, so it is presumed that they were all victims of Oscar’s murdering techniques.

Reward to capture the “Monster of Toluca”, allegedly accused of  feminicide:

Authorities offer a reward of up to 300,000 pesos for their information in order to obtain their detention.

The Prosecutor of Justice of the State of Mexico (FGJEM) has offered a reward for up to 300 thousand pesos to those who contribute data that lead to the capture of Óscar García Guzmán , the  man who allegedly commits feminicide and dubbed the ” Toluca Monster” ,  for his probable participation in the feminicide of Jessica Guadalupe Jaramillo Orihuela and at least two other women.

Information for the apprehension of this person can be received in several ways:
