A man very calmly and precisely parked a vehicle containing 6 bodies in the vicinity of the parking lot of the Plaza Conquistador in the city of Tijuana, Baja California, according to the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Baja California. The event took place on December 19th. The security cameras captured the moment when the subject descends from the white vehicle and removes the chains that indicated that the place was closed.
He parked the vehicle and then walked away.
