Socialists are like the stupid flat earth believers of the past. Can’t understand incentives.

Physics is hard. Very hard.

One’s direct perception will ALWAYS mislead in complex matters. But that’s what “scientists” used in the past to investigate their world. They therefore thought the earth is the centre of the universe and that it is flat.

If anyone said otherwise, they humiliated them, even burnt them (Bruno).

His cosmological theories went beyond the Copernican model in proposing that the Sun was essentially a star, and moreover, that the universe contained an infinite number of inhabited worlds populated by other intelligent beings. After the Roman Inquisition found him guilty of heresy, he was burned at the stake.[Wikipedia]

Similarly, human biology and behaviour is complex. Really complex.

There are simplistic “social scientists” who imagine things like “labour theory of value” and imagine they can predict human behaviour.

They look around them, IMAGINE that they know what is going on, and pretend they have an answer.

They INVARIABLY arrive at the socialist mindset. In this mindset, everything must be controlled, preferably by these “geniuses”. They KNOW IT ALL. They can tell others how to live their lives. They can “control” the destruction of wildlife, the destruction of the environment. Just appoint MORE and MORE government officers. How simple!

Invariably and always, through their GROSS STUPIDITY they DESTROY the very thing they purport to save.

And they never learn. They are MENTAL PYGMIES. Socialism is a mindset that REFUSES to learn. It blames its FUNDAMETNAL failures of thought on “poor implementation”.

That is India’s greatest problem: its arrogance and stupidity.

Socialists MENTAL INABILITY and ARROGANCE makes them always rush to the wrong conclusion.

We know the way “IAS” officers reacted when they read the slides I had presented at the Governance Reforms conference. They simply couldn’t undertstand.

It requires extreme training to understand incentives. Such training is totally non-existent in India. But without such knowlege one can NEVER make good public policy.

Till socialists swarm among India’s intellectuals and bureaucrats, expect India to significantly underperform in every way.

Not goodness of heart, but knowledge and SENSE, can solve human problems.

Those who thought the earth was the centre of the universe, or that the earth was flat were also well-meaning. They INSISTED they were right. But they were UTTER FOOLS. They were TOTALLY wrong.

Human incentives were known to India in the past. Chanakya understood them. Arthashastra is a brilliant book. But today India has lost the mental ability to even understand Arthashastra.

Remarkably, Indian scientists of the past never thought the Earth was the centre of the universe, or that it was flat. But those were times when Indians could think. The West was miles behind India. But now that the West has understood both physics and human behaviour, most Indian “leaders” who have been trained on dead and discarded Western models are merely repating their stupid socialist mantras in every way. These third raters, who have learnt some outdated Western garbage by rote, pretend to generalise from their “grassroots” experience. Observation without knowledge will lead to ruin. These fools have RUINED India.

Let India start learning about incentives. Then and only then will India’s governance improve.
