I’m pretty sure I can get the 2241 in the mail to the court between now and this coming Friday.  Then, when you get your copy, you could raise as many attention as possible on this issue, as now would be the time.  I think that we will have a chance to get a good ruling, as we are finally out of the ninth circuit and away from Richard Tallman, and these two new cases really pertain exactly to my situation.
    I think that the 6th Circuit is known to be a much better circuit than the 9th.  Note three of the Judges in my case are the same judges that canceled President Trumps travel ban in the 9th circuit.
    So, again the Cody Herr case made my three charges of murder for hire not crimes of violence, as no violence ever happened (as I did not even do them) and the Gordon Case made all three of my so called murder for hire crimes into just one single 10 year case.  Now, as the crimes are no longer crimes of violence, all the sentences now would run concurrently as a single 10 year sentence.  I have been here 16 years, so it should be time to get together with you and help others.  We have a lot to get done and we are working here to get it done as fast as possible.
   So again you are starting to see that we have to work smart and use the correct phony legal concepts.
   So, to actually win you have to use the current crooked fixed system.  So, these two above cases are on point to undo my time left, to allow for me to be released soon.  They could answer in about six weeks.  So we are ready to beat the drums and sticks and make the final push.
