Hey, Mel just forwarded me the origin Douglas Noland Brief. Maybe you can forward this letter to John B. Wells also.
This embodiment of this brief was the best ever written. This was truly a master piece as I was totally inspired when I penned it.
Mr. Wells could post this on his web site for the whole world to see and challenge them to answer. He could even ask Mr. Grassley to answer this brief as Mr. Grassley is a lawyer! This is the brief and argument that kicked there asses in the sage brush rebellion number two. They have no way to answer this brief as they were and are wrong and they are liars, and they knew that they had been found out. If we are going to die in prison, let the people have the correct argument, and let these satirist chew on this. Let the sun shine on the evil and let them try to now cover it up. I would now be happy if we could totally blame this brief for them attacking me and kidnapping me, as they in my opinion are truly satirists. I think that now, I could even add more to the argument, as I don’t feel any up coming deadline. This brief was done with the help of George Grazadie attorney at law and Professor Charles Crum.
It now seems like we are finding many things from the past that are very interesting. Lets use this brief like a newspaper and beat the dog with it. I think that someone should forward this brief to President Trump and Grassley and ask them to address the points of law that are found within it. Wow that would be a great talk show interview. The Sage Brush Rebellion Briefs. Challenge them to try try to address just one issue. Note, that the Bundy’s really do own their land and I really have 750,000 acres of land out in the desert. This brief put me in prison. They were really upset about the wording in this brief as the words here, were used in all of the other cases that were filed or appealed. At the time the Magistrate Judge in Las Vegas demanded to know who wrote this brief. I wend to court and he said you wrote this brief? I said; “yes”, he said are you a lawyer and I said; “no”, and then he asked are you a paralegal, and I said not officially. Who do you work with, and I said George Grazadie and he said that explains it. Tell George that I said Hi.
So please forward this brief to the Bundys. Tell them that I used to go to the same church, but I exposed Harry Rieds theft of the Un Apropriated Lands and I went to prison.
This brief is so well written that they attempted to murder me. If they needed the exact brief to win, here it is. If they choose to not use it, it would show that they really don’t want the truth.
They either own their land or they do not own there land, and the decision is now theirs and only theirs to make.
You either stand with God and except the truth, or you cower in fear and hid with lies.

FORSYTH, Mo. — David C. Tate, a reputed member of a neo-Nazi group sought in the fatal shooting of a state trooper, was captured Saturday, police said.
Tate, 22, linked to the neo-Nazi group called The Order and charged with first-degree murder in the trooper’s death at a random traffic stop last Monday, was identified within hours of his arrest, said Capt. Lee Thompson of the Missouri Highway Patrol.
Hundreds of police officers using helicopters, dogs and roadblocks had searched the rugged Ozark Mountains on both sides of the Arkansas-Missouri border since the trooper was killed.
On Monday, Tate, of Athol, Ida., was indicted by a federal grand jury in Seattle on racketeering and conspiracy charges along with 22 other associates of The Order. He was charged with dealing in stolen property and participating in the killing of a member of The Order who vanished in May.
‘Hiding Under Bush’
Tate “was found in Forsyth. . . . It’s my understanding he was hiding under a bush,” said Highway Patrol Sgt. Ernest McCutchen.
Tate was unarmed and offered no resistance when he was captured, McCutchen said. Dogs were being used to trace Tate’s route in a search for weapons, he said.
Forsyth is about 10 miles from Branson, where Trooper Jimmie Linegar, 31, was shot dead and Trooper Allen Hines, 36, was wounded.
The Order is a violent offshoot of the Idaho-based Aryan Nations, which is closely tied to such anti-Jewish and anti-black groups as the Ku Klux Klan and the Covenant, the Sword and the Arm of the Lord (CSA).
Meanwhile, in the Ozarks near Three Brothers, Ark., 70 law officers maintained a vigil outside a CSA camp just south of the Missouri border, waiting for the surrender of a man described as the survivalist group’s spiritual leader.
Jim Ellison, 44, is charged with felony conspiracy to manufacture, possess and transfer automatic firearms and silencers.
