Global Announcement – New Roles (The People Of the Land Morena)

The Order

Judges and Attorneys

All former duties and functions held by Judges and Attorneys (lawyers) cease. They should remain at home until new duties can be offered.

Therefore all benches, chambers, bar associations, etc. cease to exist.

Former Judges and Attorneys must transfer all issues and matters (cases) to Managers and Mediators.

Managers and Mediators:

Managers should review issues and matters and direct them to appropriate Mediator, dependent on talent and history.

Mediators should attentively listen to all sides of an issue or matter without prejudice. Their role is to simply assist individuals in coming to a resolution. There are no video tapings or recordngs for issues and matters. No files made. No signing of paperwork (documents). No written statements or agreements (contracts) whatsoever.

Skill set for role: Compassionate individuals skilled in conflict resolution, negotiations, with varied history in different fields and People. Organized. Familiar with handling large amounts of paperwork. No former Attorneys, Judges or Law Students.

Buildings
Government buildings must be immediately vacated. All former employees, consultants, contract workers, etc. must remove all personal property.

Mediation takes place in ordinary structures. No former government buildings or religious structures used.

All Former Administrative Offices: This means, The Supreme Court, Courts of Appeal, District Courts, Land Consolidation Courts of Appeal, Land Consolidation Courts and all other Courts of Law cease to exist.

Central issues and Matters: All centralized issues and matters are handled by Sovereign Crown Denderah and her council. Centralized issues concern: mediation, relocation, large-scale emergency issued, businesses-trade, assignment of new roles, closing of factories (such as oil and natural resource refineries, drilling, oil exploration, etc.

Law Enforcement Agencies, Police Departments, Police Officers, Sheriffs, Rangers, State Troopers. Marshals, Security Companies and all their personnel, consultants, contracted employees and cleaning staff (janitorial) workers. All job titles, duties and functions cease to exist. You are no longer officers of “States”. You are to report home until new duties are offered.

Skill set for role: Community Assistance. Compassion for others. Desire to put the needs of others first. Understanding of Do-no-harm. Hand-to-hand combat skills. Must live in community you assist. No former law enforcement.

Wardrobe: Community Assistance dress consists of everyday clothes and green emergency vest with respective functions inscribed on the vest (ex. Road Coordinator, Community Assistance, etc.).

Cars: All car sirens, flashing red and blue lights are dismantled. Personal cars are used by both community and Central assistance. When at work, cars are marked with removable decals, Community Assistance (Central Assistance) displayed on the front, back and sides of cars.

No Weapons. This includes, but is not limited to, Fire arms, Stun devices, Handcuffs, Batons, Flash-lights (other than those approved); as well as Non-lethal weapons.

Note: All large-scale emergencies are handled by Central.

This Order applies to all Jails, Prisons, Detention Centers, Former Police Office Building, or any place people are being detained, imprisoned, or held against their will.

Prisoners
All prisoners receive mediation between themselves and the “injured party”. If the “injured party” was the “state” government, the case is immediately removed (dismissed) and any implied offending party (prisoner) is released of further obligation. After a complete wellness physical former prisoners are returned to their respective communities; or relocated to a community of their choice. All amenities (home, furniture, clothing, electronics, etc.) are offered.
