These reports reveal that the world is now undergoing a LIVE “Training & Simulation Exercise” involving a worldwide pandemic caused by a lethal respiratory virus. They further reveal that the groundwork for this plan was established as far back as 2005. Incredibly, 196 countries were signed on and legally bound to participate in this drill, coordinated by the WHO and UN.

The change from Ice to warm age took only a decade (or less?).64 See Figure 7A. This must have proven nearly as disastrous for humans as for the megafauna that were driven to extinction. Accompanying reversals of the Earth’s magnetic field (or some components) when Vulcan is near aphelion could also cause local penetration of high-energy ions from the Van Allen belts. These would cause biological mutations, producing new strains of bacteria and virus along with their attendant plagues. Comet strikes when Vulcan is near aphelion embodied affects similar to combined chemical, nuclear and biological warfare. (CURING DISEASE BY SIMPLE HUMAN INTERACTIONS).
The Vulcan web site predicts impending comet collisions this century. This is at a time when dramatic magnetic perturbations have been observed altering the movement of the Earth’s core have been observed along with a general weakening of the Earth’s magnetic field. An impact could ‘cement in’ dramatic changes in this field, leading to changes that could result in many small dipoles and a general increase of bombardment on the lower latitudes with solar particles producing mutations of viral and bacterial agents. The resulting diseases could overwhelm current medical abilities to cope with these agents, leading to world-wide epidemics.
The thesis proposed herein is that the proximity of two humans with characteristics best described as ‘the personality of the soul’ offers a therapeutic responses to certain diseases. These characteristics appear to be reasonably well recognizable and may be catalogued. Basically, what occurs is the minimizing of the principle ‘fear’ of one individual by another with the ‘opposite fear’ by simply touching (or even just being near to) one another. Certain (viral based?) diseases within an infected individual appear to be mitigated. Physical proximity is usually required, involving distances of less than one inch and ‘touching’ is often preferable. Such actions when one is ‘infected’ are usually shunned, and additional fear factors have prevented this simple natural phenomenon to be widely used. Spousal jealousy often occurs because the subject being cured likes their fear being mitigated by another person. However, fear mitigation is how this technique works. The simplicity of the technique has offered additional skepticism.

NASA knows that the celestial impact threat is real and that it is comets, not asteroids. So NASA is launching the DART mission to deflect the comet. NASA is pretending their target is the moon of an asteroid (Didymos), but they are really practicing against a theoretical comet. NASA is really preparing to strike a real comet (one of Vulcan’s B Comet Swarm) that will threaten Earth in September/October 2021, 2022 or 2023. Early October 2022 is the most likely time of arrival of the real threat. Earth has already been hit by fragments from the leading edge of the B Comet Swarm that struck NH and CA during early October 2017 and caused massive wild fires. A hypothetical comet impact scenario has been prepared for use at the 2019 IAA Planetary Defense Conference (PDC), to be held in College Park, Maryland, USA, April 29 – May 3, 2019. This scenario is for a long- period comet and is NOT part of the main 2019 PDC impact scenario, which will be presented as a hypothetical asteroid impact exercise at the 2019 PDC. As with other recent PDC scenarios, this comet scenario is technically realistic in many ways, but is completely fictional and does NOT describe an actual potential comet impact. The scenario begins as follows:
The orbital period of the comet is calculated to be several thousand years, which puts it in the category of a long-period comet (LPC) .
C/2019 PDC’s perhelion (closest point to the Sun) is calculated to be 0.92 au, well within the Earth’s orbit. The famous long-period comet C/Hale-Bopp had a similar perihelion distance. As is typical with long-period comets, the orbit is highly inclined to the plane of the solar system. In fact, the orbit of C/2019 PDC has an inclination of 129 degrees, making it retrograde.
The calculated orbit of C/2019 PDC very nearly intersects the orbit of the Earth, and initial orbit predictions indicate that the comet will make a very close approach to Earth in late February 2021, only 22 months away.
When first discovered, C/2019 PDC is far away, roughly 8 au from Earth, almost as far away as the planet Saturn. The comet is moving towards the inner solar system at a modest speed of about 15 kilometers per second, but that speed is predicted to increase dramatically as the comet approaches the Sun, reaching a speed relative to the Earth at close approach of roughly 65 km/s.
Further complicating orbit predictions are the so-called non-gravitational accelerations caused by cometary outgassing.
