Atrocities committed against humanity must be dealt with for the world to heal, and the greatest good of the planet.

Neurologists, Neurosurgeon, Scientists Engineers, Inventors, Computer Software Developers, Computer Software Engineers, Computer Application Designers and all others involved in development, experiments, funding and use of Neurotechnology, Neurodevices
must be held at Isolation Facilities* on charges of Crimes Against Humanity and/or Genocide.

Charges:

Crimes Against Humanity (and deaths related to) persons, animals, individuals and beings used in neurological and neurotechnology research, programs, projects and operations.

Genocide, In this particular case, using the biological material (such as eyes, organs, or whole body) of people in one racial group to extend the life of those in another racial group.

The Order

Those charged with Crimes Against Humanity will have five minutes to defend themselves. There are No Military Tribunals. One or two hour deliberation(s).

Shut-down all operations and funding relating to neurotechnology, mind transfers and mind implants; returning all individuals mind back to their original body, if it still exist. Upon completion, files, memory banks and equipment relating to this work are deleted and destroyed.

Shut-down all Neurological research and experiments such as:

Magnetoencephalography (MEG) and Electroencephalograph (EEG), MEG-based or EEG-based devices, applications (apps) and games (such as Minecraft, Call of Duty, Candy Crush)

Synthetic telepathy technology

Electrodes in the skull and the brain

Brain-computer interface

Shut-down all United States (U.S.) Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM) programs, projects and operations. Locate all funding (grant) recipients and shut-down operations.

Shut-down all Army Research Laboratory (ARL) programs, projects and operations. Locate all funding (grant) recipients and shut-down operations.

Shut-down all the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) departments, programs, projects and operations. Locate all funding (grant) recipients and shut-down operations.

Shut-down all operations in other branches of military (Marines, Navy, Air Force, cetera) government departments, agenies, corporations, companies and organizations funding or researching Neurotechnology or Neurodevices. All information related to this research must be destroyed.

One grant from the United States Army was used to fund research into technology using, “that little voice in your head”, also know as voice to skull technology.

*Isolation Facilities consist of individual rooms (cells) with bed, toilet and sink. No personal effects, television, radio, computer. One book allowed. One-hour of supervised outside fresh air.
