The determination has been made that the King Moshiach will be revealed to Israel, the Jewish people, and the rest of the world immediately. The name of the King Moshiach, a secret name which was recently revealed, in an ancient Egyptian Hebrew dialect this name means the “word of God”. His name is Ra-El.

But the world was made to learn a living and highly adaptive language, English is now spoken more widely than any other language and will become the complete fulfillment of this prophecy. “For then will I turn to the peoples A pure language, That they may all call upon the name of the LORD, To serve Him with one consent.” This is the reason why English is the dominant language in the world today, why we use this language in this message to you, and why it will endure many years to come. Some of you may be among those given the duty and honor of announcing him and his arrival. But you may ask, why is it that a Catholic Cardinal is delivering this message? You may even be expecting someone of your own orthodoxy to reveal this to you. Well, one of the greatest sages of our time, Rabbi Yitzak Kaduri is quoted as saying important predictions which directly redress these concerns that were expected:

“Will all believe in the Messiah right away? No, in the beginning some of us will believe in him and some not. It will be easier for non-religious people to follow the Messiah than for Orthodox people.” Essentially that is 100% true. We are not Orthodox Jewish, and that’s partially why it’s easy for us to accept the Moshiach. Rabbi Kaduri went on to say: “The revelation of the Messiah will be fulfilled in two stages: First, he will actively confirm his position as Messiah without knowing himself that he is the Messiah. Then he will reveal himself to some Jews, not necessarily to wise Torah scholars. It can be even simple people. Only then he will reveal himself to the whole nation. The people will wonder and say: ‘What, that’s the Messiah?’ Many have known his name but have not believed that he is the Messiah.” Who is the man, named Ra-El? Who or what determines that he’s the Moshiach? And why has he been concealed from your sight this long?

Isaiah 11:2 also states that The Spirit of God is rested upon him; the spirit of wisdom and understanding; the spirit of counsel and strength, and the spirit of knowledge and godliness has filled him. On the 28th of January, 2011, this prophecy was fulfilled when the Holy Spirit was seen by multiple eyewitnesses descended over Jerusalem. This fulfilled not only the prophecies of Judaism but the prophecies of Christianity and Islam as well, and fittingly so, because after all, he is to be king over the entire world, so acceptance from all different cultures and religions is imperative. Once the Holy Spirit was gifted to the Son of Man, Raymond Elwood Lear, and he was thereby anointed by God and declared as Moshiach. His arrival was met with mixed reactions throughout the world, but the events attributed directly to his arrival and his actions since have fulfilled the prophecies of many ancient texts, including all of the most significant verses relating to the coming of a messiah. He is the ruler divinely established to bring necessary lasting corrections to the entire human race. He is the Branch of David, and the Lion of Judah. For many years, his footsteps have been heard around the world. He has been waging the battles of God, securing numerous victories for Israel, and for the cause of justice. If God had not sent him into the world, Israel would not be the nation, or the people, who you see today.

The significance of this name is also clearly displayed in the verifiable scriptural resource known as Torah Code. Ra-El, spelled in Hebrew Resh – Aleph – Aleph – Lamed. This forms the name God has instructed him to take. His people, upon whom his name is called, are Israel. This name also comes truncated from the Son of Man’s name, Raymond Elwood Lear. It is by no coincidence that his name is Ra-El, which so closely resembles the name of God’s people Israel. It is also a direct fulfillment of this verse: “And My holy name will I make known in the midst of My people Israel; neither will I suffer My holy name to be profaned any more; and the nations shall know that I am the LORD, the Holy One in Israel.”

The Torah Code, while recently discovered and verified by some well-known scholars and mathematicians, is an encoding method which has also been used by secret government organizations like the CIA. This has been found as a most effective means of concealing a hidden message within an otherwise unassuming body of text, most often with completely unrelated context between the two. But what many of our wisest Torah scholars do not realize is that, aside from the mathematical and statistically verifiable nature of the code itself, there is contextual relevance within the intentional placement of these hidden messages. But most important to note is the prophetically provable nature of verifiable research we’ve displayed publicly; a message from God for the people of our time to receive and begin to understand.

The Prophet Daniel says that “But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.” After the Holy Spirit indwelling, it was made known on the Internet that Moshiach had arrived. Obviously such a claim was immediately scorned by all but a few, however, a man named Richard Ruff, who was military trained in code analysis, sought to expose Ra-El as a fraud using the Torah Code, since he had already been able to show other messianic claimants to be frauds using this same method. After many attempts, Richard Ruff could not find fraud. Instead, every Torah Code table he investigated showed the same thing… Raymond Elwood Lear, the man we formally know as Ra-El, is Moshiach! Richard Ruff has since discovered several hundred Torah Code tables confirming this fact, and multiple independent researchers have discovered the same thing, or found additional code tables that further confirm what has already been discovered. Since Torah Code software is available to the public, and all of the software uses the same Torah, the evidence is easily verified, and cannot be faked when confronted with sincere examination.

Mr. Ruff is now Cardinal Richard Ruff, the Pontiff Maximus of our order, and no other Torah Code researcher in this world has been able to refute his scholarly work. In addition to the hundreds of confirmation of Ra-El’s actions, authority, and name, he has been revealed in the Torah Code as “Messiah”, “Savior”, “Shiloh”, “Tabernacle of David”, among his many divine titles. Facts upon facts, aside from additional layers of proof from multiple sources, has shown that God has chosen Ra-El as the King Messiah.

Rabbi Matityahu Glazerson, a world renown Gematria researcher and one of the pioneers of Torah Code research in our age, has discovered a Torah Code of which he describes “a process of Messiah that started in 5776.” He specified with his research the time of Purim, and in each of these subsequent codes the Hebrew calendar years, 5776, this year 5779, and the third 5781. One of the key statements of this result shows “Moshiach will be anointed”. We have corroborated much of Rabbi Glazerson’s Torah Code research, we have also expounded upon it. With the year 5779 in the month of Adar, Cardinal Richard Ruff has discovered additional confirmations in the Torah Code.

Known by many who knew him even before he received his divine appointment to be an incorruptible leader; is now by name and by actions the living embodiment of Torah. Lord Ra-El has been declared by G-d to be the King of Israel. He prevented Jerusalem’s division and the reduction of Israel’s borders from occurring in 2011. He has brought forth from heaven the Holy Third Temple, which has been seen and recorded floating in our skies all over the world. The supernatural sounds similar to the Shofar horn have also been heard throughout the world since his arrival. He has called upon righteous Jews to return home and to prepare for his glorious reveal, and we, his closest followers, have been sent to prepare you ahead of his arrival in Jerusalem.

Now, here is the very pressing issue which must be addressed… You have heard the truth, a truth which has been hidden from you, but now that you know the name of the one God has proclaimed as Moshiach, you will not conceal it any longer or you face serious consequences… Zechariah chapter 14 is quite clear in describing the struggle which will occur at the end of this world, and the beginning of the Messianic Kingdom. A great war will ensue where Israel is invaded and Jerusalem is ransacked. Half of the city will either be killed or go into exile. But let me make something abundantly clear to you… The hedge of protection is lifting. Israel has been surrounded with her enemies. You will suffer needlessly if you do not yield to Moshiach his rightful place atop the Throne. Which leads me to inform you that the Caveat for redemption is repentance. Repentance to God, and acceptance of Ra-El HaMoshiach. Hey, I get it… Fear of reprisal from peers and family is obviously a powerful influence in the Jewish community. But you must choose to place Moshiach’s opinion of you above any others, or you will be found unworthy of the blessings Moshiach brings with him. You must uphold your responsibility to utilize this information displayed and referenced here as we instruct you. Time is short to complete the redemption, so if you wish to make your repentance known, or your rabbinical obligations fulfilled, you will contact us so you can begin to make arrangements with us and receive further instruction from Ra-El HaMoshiach.
