Book Forum Featuring Casey Mulligan
Wednesday, October 14, 2020

In the just published You’re Hired! Untold Success and Failures of a Populist President, former Chief Economist of the White House Council of Economic Advisers (CEA) gives an inside look at how the 45th President effects policy and provokes politics. In his account, Mulligan gives voice to the competing notions of a White House in chaos or operating as a well-oiled machine. Political antics aside, he makes a compelling case for the value of the CEA and the deregulatory overhaul it supported in Trump’s first term. Please join CEI for an online book forum featuring author Casey Mulligan and CEI President Kent Lassman for a lively discussion.
