Join tomorrow’s FIRE Faculty Network webinar for a discussion of our new Faculty Legal Defense Fund! 

Are you interested in learning more about FIRE’s new Faculty Legal Defense Fund and hearing from its director? If so, good news ― tomorrow at 4 p.m. EDT, you’ll have the opportunity to do just that. In the next in our ongoing series of FIRE Faculty Network webinars, FIRE attorney Ronnie London will join the discussion to talk about the Faculty Legal Defense Fund’s mission, how the Fund fits alongside our other programs for defending faculty rights, and the ins and outs of obtaining legal assistance through the Fund, as well as take questions from faculty attendees. 

As a bonus, we’ll be joined by professor Phillip Beverly, who brings to the discussion his own past experience as a plaintiff in FIRE’s successful Stand Up For Speech litigation project lawsuit at Chicago State University. It promises to be an informative discussion for faculty as FIRE adds this powerful new tool to our arsenal in defending faculty rights around the country.

The webinar will last roughly one hour, and a recording will be posted to our faculty resources page and YouTube channel for those unable to attend.
