I live in SW Arkansas in a small town that has a very busy railroad that goes right through it, we’ve had trains with lots of Military vehicles like humvees, jeeps and tanks, also lots of covered flatbeds usually accompanied by almost too obvious helicopter and sometimes roadside escorts. Almost a daily occurrence around here.
Today in Texas my family and I saw 2 fighter jets haul ass over us and a few minutes later we heard what sounded like an airstrike or artillery. Everyone in the public were looking around in shock… 09-21-2022
I go to bed around 10 pm at night. Last night I couldn’t sleep, we normally have one and sometimes two trains go through at the time. I counted 20 from 10 pm to 5:30 go through. I live a ways up from the tracks, and have a tall 14 ft fence in front, and couldn’t see what was on them. I wish I had grabbed my flashlight and walked down to see what it was all about. This has never happened in all the years that I lived here.

A LOT of ‘military movement’ conspiracy theorists fail to understand how the military budget works, and ‘loopholes’ often used to expound budgets year-to-year. Let’s say I’m an air base general, and my fuel budget for the year is framed around last year’s military budget plan. ALL YEAR, I ‘conserve fuel’ to make sure I can fly my fighters anytime, if demanded…so I SAVE FUEL. Now, as the year goes on, and I get into August, September, I have WAY TOO MUCH fuel on-hand…and I need to PERFECTLY BALANCE TO ZERO GALLONS on October 1…the start day of the new ‘budget year’…so all September (maybe part of August), I put all units on notice, get your training done! Get your other flight work done! USE THE FUEL! As I get to September 15th, I am no in crisis…if I carry over fuel into the new budget year, my fuel allocation WILL DECREASE! I must use all I have, if I want to plead for more fuel on next year’s budget…so I use, use, use fuel. Touch-and-Gos, around the clock flights, even ‘take off and dumps’ (where pilots fill up their aircraft, go up to 10,000 feet AGL altitude, then DUMP IT INTO THE AIR, then come back and land, fuel up, and DO IT AGAIN!)…to civilians, ‘oh my…I’ve never seen actions like this before…we must be preparing for war!’…but in reality, we are ‘preparing for the new military budget demands’…works like this in ALL BRANCHES of service…from truck and tank parts, to electrical wire, computers, etc.
