FUKINO in charge of Hawaii records quit her job - Obama in Trouble

This piece below just came across the transom.  The lady in charge of keeping Obama’s certificate of live birth (COLB) sealed from public scrutiny just quit her job.  Now is the time for a loyal citizen working in that department to get in there and make a copy of the COLB and provide it to me.

In the link below, Senator Spector says, “On June 13, 2008, the Obama campaign released a copy of his birth certificate….”  How does he know that?  What is Sen. Spector’s source? Certainly not The Congressional Research Service that just publicly admitted that they did NO primary vetting of Mr. Obama.  Regardless, his statement is blatantly false, and if under oath, there should be consequences. 

IF the “campaign” (and he shows no proof) “released” anything, it was a Certification of Live Birth.  Is there a record that it came from the Campaign and came from an original request. to the State of Hawaii?  I could find none.  Also, it is secondary-tertiary data; selected at that.

What’s more, IF it is an actual birth certificate, the best proof would have been Mr. Obama’s attorneys and the JAG judge of LTC Lakin’s Court Martial simply directing all plaintiffs to it.  Their requests, in essence, amounted to virtual, simple, clear FOIA Requests.

The writer below is correct then saying,”Obama has never-ever offered his COLB in court.”  Further, Spector outrageously adds, “…There were satisfactory answers to such questions, however: the department file number had been blacked out to prevent hackers from breaking into the Health Department’s system….”  “Satisfactory”? Really? To whom? And who did the altering and gave the  “reason” for it?

The “State of Hawaii” CLEARLY states at the bottom of the document that “ANY ALTERATIONS INVALIDATE” it.   It does not add anything remotely like, “except in cases to prevent hackers from breaking into the Health Department’s System.”   It says “ANY”…meaning, no exceptions.  Anyone need a website copy?

 …Or was it ok then to “alter” one ”to prevent hackers from breaking into the Health Department’s system…” and then for FactCheck to publicly display, for all to see, another one with numbers so that hackers could break into the system? That’s madness.  You can’t have it both ways.  If that’s the reason, why was theirs not blacked out too?  Would not then FactCheck be subject to the same “treason” as Mr. Assange, if not more?

Shame on Spector.  Has he lost his mind?  He is an embarrassment to all Democrats.  That website document, whatever it is, is one thing most….It is CLEARLY INVALID, not even prima facie evidence. And, as such, it represents nothing, not even a primary data file/original document.  But, to make matters worse, Spector proclaims…”..The website FactCheck.org investigated the matter and provided high-resolution photos taken at multiple angles that revealed the raised text and the seal on the back of the document… .

The Factcheck one is a totally unverified, unacknowledged, HEARSAY document. THE weakest of HEARSAY “documents” in fact, even less so than the altered one.  Were it of even the slightest merit, it too would have been provided to all the plaintiffs and to LTC Lakin.

Moreover, for Factcheck to “investigate” it, they would have to see the original birth certificate, which is reportedly sealed in Hawaii, at great expense to Mr. Obama.  And, again, there is no record of how/from whom Factcheck obtained it.  And who gave them permission to “investigate” anything?

So, the ONLY one that is publicly acknowledged  then by the administration is the one of their fightthesmears website.  This happened at a White House Press Conference, for the record, on national tv, wherein a reporter requested the birth certificate of Press Secretary Gibbs (another virtual, simple, clear FOIA Request).  Mr. Gibbs even said, “WE put it there.” Unfortunately, it is invalid, even if through an unintentional misunderstanding of the restrictions.

 In closing, the  above is what I was able to find or not find.  Should anyone be able to fill-in the blanks and/or provide valid corrections, please do so.   I must say, especially as a Democrat, that I have had more than enough of counterfeit-Democrat Spector and his ilk.  They do nothing but give our country a black-eye. That he did not personally check for himself is beyond belief.  By not doing so, he added to the tearing apart of our country on this and the punishing of honored military heroes who just want to see a valid birth certificate (a reasonable, no-hardship request it would seem), as they had to show.

For the record, I make no accusations.  I do not know where Mr. Obama was born, the identities of his parents, whether or not he is eligible, etc.  This is so because I have been unable to find any valid document(s) providing that information.  And so, I too would like a copy of the valid birth certificate released, if only to put it in the faces of a few “birthers” that I know.
