While it may seem that Lin Wood is attempting to create a separation between at least two Justices of the Supreme Court from other Justices at the Court, his tactics are somewhat lacking in thinking. If in fact the the phones conversation between Justice’s Roberts and Breyer took place, we, the American people need to know about it, but like all of the legal cases Lin Wood is pushing in swing states, there must be evidentiary proof that the conversation happened. Without such proof, Lin is barking at the moon.. so to speak. If evidence of the call exists, Lin should release it as soon as possible. Do not misunderstand where I am going with this train of thought. There is a possibility this event happened and I believe probably did happen, but we have to prove it. What happens if Lin is able to prove his case on this issue? It is impossible to remove and replace Justices on the Supreme court in less than 20 day’s if Roberts and Breyer were removed from the court through whatever means. Think about where that would leave the Court and the people. If, and I believe it is still a big IF, Biden is to take office on Jan. 20th where does he stand on such an issue as this one.. let’s think ahead and plan strategically as well as tactically.
