Nancy Pelosi, I Know Something About you Too

If you’ve been following the news at all recently, you probably already know Nancy Pelosi is threatening Newt Gingrich with information that will supposedly cripple Gingrich’s campaign.  For me, this comes as no surprise considering the fact the Liberals will attack any candidate they feel threatened by.  Sarah Palin’s reputation was attacked relentlessly by the Liberals.  Herman Cain was a threat in this election and he was attacked to the point of dropping out of the race.  Mitt Romney and Ron Paul are only threats to the Conservatives ability to win the election at this point, so they get a free pass from the Liberals.

With Gingrich’s win by a large margin in South Carolina, the liberals have found their new public enemy number one.  They didn’t truly care about Newt until Conservatives appeared to possibly be rallying around him in South Carolina and polls were showing him surging in Florida.  With the long line of chronic adultery accusers already used on Cain, and getting Newt’s ex-wife to dig up ‘dirt’ many people already knew about proving to be a failure, they went to their next best option, blatant lies from Nancy Pelosi.  Who better than someone who has a made a entire career out of lying?  Actually, I would think it was a difficult decision for them since upwards of 99% of their party has made a career out of lying.

Yes Nancy, that is what I know about you.  You are lying!  I’m sure if it comes down to it, Nancy will dig up something that has already been discussed in Newt’s past and many voters, with the help of the media, will raise questions about Newt, but I would willing to bet, Nancy doesn’t really have any ‘new’ dirt on Newt Gingrich.

Let’s take a closer look at some of Nancy’s accusations.

Pelosi said earlier on CNN that Gingrich,
who is surging in polls in Florida and nationally following his South
Carolina primary win, will “never” be president. 

 

“That’s not going to happen. Let me just make my prediction and stand by it — it isn’t going to happen,” Pelosi said. 

Asked why she’s so sure, Pelosi answered:
“There’s something I know. The Republicans, if they choose to nominate
him, that’s their prerogative.” 

The remark was similar to one she made in
early December. In an interview at the time, Pelosi said “we’ll have a
conversation about Newt
Gingrich” one day, adding “I know a lot about him” and referring to her
time on the investigative committee that probed Gingrich while he was
speaker.

 Is it just me, or does it just sound like Nancy is playing some pretty childish games?  She knows something very big, but she isn’t going to bother telling anyone unless Newt gets nominated.  That may work with the average liberal voter, but I would like to think most conservatives are smart enough to realize she is simply trying to stir the pot in an effort to get rid of the candidate she and her friends have identified as the biggest threat.

Maybe Pelosi will prove me wrong on this, but I’m not going to allow her to change anything.  Newt Gingrich, by process of elimination, is currently my candidate.  He is not my ideal candidate and you won’t find me writing any articles about why you should vote for him, but when it comes down to Paul, Romney, and Santorum, Gingrich is all I am left with. 

They way I see it, the Conservatives are on the verge of giving the Liberals exactly what they want.  Santorum is practically out of the race meaning it will come down to Gingrich, Paul, and Romney.  If Nancy Pelosi can spew enough garbage about how she will derail the Gingrich campaign, causing people to jump ship and support Romney or Paul, it will come down to the two of them.  This means the candidate no Conservative wants to vote for (Paul) will be going up against the Republican no Libertarian wants to vote for (Romney).  The removal of Gingrich from this race will leave the GOP in a complete mess and make it very difficult to defeat Obama come November.  Nancy Pelosi and her Liberal friends are willing to lie in order to make this happen.
