Who Really Financed and Organized March for Our Lives?

The March for Our Lives spectacle in D.C. drew only a quarter of what hyperventilating “mainstream” news outlets originally reported, but it was still an impressive pageant of far-left propaganda. The amazing thing is that Tide pod–munching teenagers who won’t even make their beds without being nagged spontaneously organized such a major production.

Just kidding. Obviously, the show was produced by well-financed professional revolutionaries of the sort billionaire authoritarians George Soros and Michael Bloomberg shower so much money on. Daniel Greenfield reports:

The March for Our Lives Fund is incorporated as a 501(c)(4). Donations to 501(c)(4) groups are not tax- deductible. And they don’t have to disclose donors. That’s why they’re a great dark money conduit.

But the March for Our Lives website suggests that donors who want to make a tax-deductible donation should write a check to the “March For Our Lives—Everytown Support Fund”.

Everytown is a front group for anti–Second Amendment zealot Michael Bloomberg.

The March for Our Lives permit application was filed by Deena Katz, a co-executive director of the Women’s March Los Angeles Foundation.

So much for the schoolchildren in Florida, who were useful only as stage props.

Katz, who produces Bill Maher’s TV show, is officially the “Person in Charge of Event” for the march and president of the March for Our Lives Fund.

Media contacts for March for Our Lives are being handled by 42 West. The agency is a full service PR firm operating out of New York and Los Angeles that represents major celebrities. 42 West was supposedly recommended by George Clooney who was one of a number of major celebrity donors.

More Hollywood. That’s where you find the real expertise when it comes to theatrical staging.

A leaked document reveals that the March for Our Lives Action Fund is actually overseen by six directors and is incorporated in Delaware.

Skeevy operations tend to be incorporated in Delaware. Evidently, state law makes it easier to avoid transparency.

As for the six directors, they include Aileen Adams, head of Do Good LA; George Kieffer, chair of UCLA’s Board of Regents; and Nina Vinik, Program Director for the Gun Violence Prevention Program at the Joyce Foundation. These are not amateurs, much less high school students.

As reported at the Washington Free Beacon,

While the organization said on its website it is “for kids and by kids” and the “March For Our Lives organizers are the kids themselves,” it also said the kids “have brought in support to help ensure it is a success.” A coalition of liberal advocacy groups are currently involved in organizing and planning the march. In addition to support from leading gun-control groups like Everytown for Gun Safety, the Brady Campaign, and Giffords, organizers from the Women’s March, Planned Parenthood, and Move On are involved with the permitting for the event as well as promoting it.

Thanks to the omnibus outrage excreted by our supposedly Republican Congress and signed by Trump, Planned Parenthood continues to suck in massive amounts of money not only from the lucrative abortion industry but coercively from taxpayers. MoveOn.org is financed by George Soros himself.

Like most everything presented to us by the media, March for Our Lives was a fraud, funded and produced by the establishment left, spun as something other than what it really was. Yet again we are reminded to take nothing we see on the news at face value.
