Moonbats Riot on May Day

In the USA, yesterday was officially Law Day. President Eisenhower’s intent in establishing a holiday on May 1 to celebrate the American legal system was presumably to counter May Day, an international leftist holiday honoring anarchotyranny. Moonbats exploit the date as an excuse to indulge in behavior that defines their ideology. For example, in Paris:

The far-Left agitators chucked petrol bombs through windows and torched cars while others clashed with police.

Moonbats advanced social progress by trashing a McDonald’s, smashing the windows and setting it on fire.

“Anti-Capitalist” looters then helped themselves to food and drinks before grabbing cash from broken tills on the charred floor.

Apply this on a national scale and you have communism in a nutshell. What do they eat when the food is gone, since a burned-out McDonald’s can’t make more burgers? If they were smart enough to wonder, they wouldn’t be leftists.

Blazing cars can also be seen after thousands flooded the streets to march for the rights of workers around the world.

When leftists march for “rights,” what they are demanding is oppression.

This level of political malevolence is not unique to France:

Londoners marched through Trafalgar Square holding up pictures of Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin.

Stalin may be second only to his fellow communist tyrant Mao Zedong when it comes to killing the most millions of his own people.

May Day does serve one useful purpose — it reminds us what leftism truly stands for.
