…avoided jail time Thursday in Manhattan Criminal Court in a sweetheart deal on a felony conviction for a $100,000 credit card scam.

Instead of the prison time one of the Little People would receive, she was sentenced to 2 years of probation after pleading guilty to petit larceny.

‘I love the children, and I’m still working with the volunteer service program now and that’s been very fulfilling,’ she said in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Stealing $100,000 is no biggie for one of those rare people who say they love children.

No doubt this is her first brush with the law, to be dismissed so lightly. Except for that time in 2013…

Caroline was arrested for harassment, resisting arrest and obstruction of justice after she got into a fight with a roommate over rent.

She also told to police while she was being arrested: ‘I shouldn’t be handcuffed! You don’t know who you’re doing this to!’

That time, Ms. Biden took a swing at responding cops. Charges were dropped on the condition that she behave herself for 6 months. This must have seemed like an eternity for Caroline, who is frequently in rehab for drugs and anger management.

Biden family gatherings are sure to be a blast, between her and the Big Biden’s son Hunter, who has dated his brother’s widow, was kicked out of the Navy for cocaine use, ran up a $313,000 tax debt, and loves to live large. The shady dealings of his equity firm have been investigated by Peter Schweizer but are not likely to get him in trouble. Persons of importance associated with the ruling class can get away with quite a lot.
