Moonbat Judge Quotes Dr Seuss While Nixing Pipeline

You might think it’s not a problem that moonbats have kids reading books about homosexual penguins, princess boys, et cetera, ad nauseam. After all, children outgrow their first picture books. Except when they don’t. For example, a moonbat judge blocking energy distribution in the name of enviromoonbattery justified the obstruction by quoting Dr Seuss:

A three-judge panel of the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond blasted the U.S. Forest Service for granting a special-use permit to build the natural gas pipeline through parts of the George Washington and Monongahela National Forests…

The ruling also quoted “The Lorax” by Dr. Seuss, saying the Forest Service is trusted to “speak for the trees, for the trees have no tongues.”

Conservatives have the Constitution. Liberals have The Lorax.

Fortunately, those trying to provide the economy with its lifeblood will appeal the ruling to the full 4th Circuit. Unfortunately, they may encounter more moonbats.

In addition to demonstrating the importance of avoiding moonbattery in selecting children’s books, this story also underlines the importance of getting as many reasonable judges on the bench as possible. This is why Jeff Flake’s move to block judicial appointments for the sake of his petulant posturing is so intolerable that he should be officially expelled from the GOP.
