Judge Indicted for Helping Illegal Alien Escape

Like government bureaucracies at all levels, the judiciary is infested with leftists who will go to any extreme to help foreigners invade and loot the USA. Given the sanctuary city situation, they never seem to pay a price for their haughty disregard for the interests of the American people. But this time was different.

From Massachusetts:

Newton District Court Judge Shelley M. Richmond Joseph and the court officer, identified in court documents as Wesley MacGregor, face several charges stemming from an April 2, 2018 incident in which the pair allegedly helped Jose Medina-Perez get out of the courthouse via a back door in order to elude the ICE agent who sought Medina-Perez.

The charges are variations on obstruction of justice. It’s nice to know we have some semblance of rule of law in this country after all.

As for the illegal alien Judge Joseph sank her career over,

Medina-Perez, a twice-deported illegal immigrant with a fugitive warrant for drunken driving in Pennsylvania, had been in Joseph’s courtroom in order to be arraigned on drug charges…

Another treasured addition to the multicultural tapestry.

ICE was waiting for him in the lobby, ready to heartlessly oppress the undocumented Democrat by deporting him yet again. This made the judge’s heart bleed.

Oscar Manuel Peguero (real name of Jose Medina-Perez) was arrested again a month later. An immigration judge freed him on bond.

Sooner or later we will manage to expel this invader from our country. He will just come back again, thanks to the border situation. But Joseph’s arrest was an encouraging step in the right direction.

“As public servants, all of the officers in the court make a promise — a promise to serve the people’s interest above all else. Today we know this promise has been broken,” said Peter Fitzhugh, special agent in charge of the Homeland Security Investigations in Boston, who led the investigation.

The same standard applies for all public servants. That’s why Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf, who has tipped off criminal aliens to help them avoid ICE raids, urgently needs to be placed in a cell next to Joseph’s.

Anyone implementing sanctuary policies that obstruct the law should be subject to arrest. Prison would be an excellent place for liberal bureaucrats to learn all about the people they sacrifice the interests of law-abiding Americans for.

We are running out of time to make up our minds: is this a real country with laws and borders that are taken seriously or isn’t it?
