Video Footage Confirms Person Walking on Roof Followed by a Flash Just Before Notre Dame Fire Started

The fire that nearly consumed Notre Dame is horrible. Someone noticed a flash on the roof of Notre Dame a while before the fire, from a webcam.
I looked at the stored timelapses (each hour gets a one minute timelapse, one second is one minute) from the webcam and found a shadow (person?) moving on the roof and a flash.
Correction: The timelapse might not be a timelapse. Look at previous 1 min movies, the shaking of the cam seems like a timelapse, but later when the fire starts, the flames don’t look like a timelapse.
Don’t know. The clip is marked 15/04 17:05 on the webcam-site and the flash is at 23 sek with some movement a couple of seconds before.
Meaning this (might be se correction above) is several minutes in real time.
There might have been a person doing something there about an hour before the fire started.
The workers had a day off. Another correction:
The workers where working but closing up shop for the day.

Actually, the # of vandalized Catholic churches in France alone for 2019 is 1063, for 2018 is 878. I have also learned that construction had not begun as the scaffolding had just been set up. Starting to look like #NotreDame was another act of vandalization.

The figure reacted to the flash/spark by running away. The roof burned not the interior other than what fell inside and started a chain reaction. As Bubbles would say “something’s fuckey”
Is this another government cover up, “a rush to judgement?” While the fire was still burning there were those saying there is no evidence of arson, that this is as far as we know an accident.” That statement is as much a rush to judgement as saying it was terrorists. You can not make a definitive declaration as to an accident or arson without facts to corroborate. So far we have the owner of the restoration company saying they had no workers on site and there was not electricity at the construction site. And now we have this video! Who was that and what was the flash? Even if the government has proof that it is arson I sincerely believe they will not disclose the true facts. As regards the contributions toward the repair, why? That is why there is insurance and bonds for all construction projects, to cover any losses. Is the Catholic Church self-insured as are many dioceses in North America or is it privately insured. I have heard nil regarding insurance coverage.
Download and spread it before YouTube deletes it.

But they clearly did this without any evidence at all. One has to ask, “why”? After so many arson and other vandalism attacks on Churches by members of The Religion of Peace in France, over the last few years. That grainy image is inconclusive and it isn’t JUST the Religion of Peace that despises Christianity either. The militant secular left hate it too. Also why has the online “gloating” from members of the Religion of Peace…smilies….praising Allah for the fire….and the secular hard left not seen any airtime on the MSM?

Not sure about what that is exactly, but does the church not have security cameras? Where’s that footage? It’s kind of a popular place with some valuable things that need to be kept safe, yes? Probably a dozen CCTV cameras within a block as well.

I watched the whole thing live on television and also saw this, as I was suspicious of the colour of the smoke being green and yellow at first.Saw Fire fighter standing up on building but not using hoses.I also notice hardly any smoke damage inside the building.All very suspicious.Wasn’t the priest from Notre Dame the same one who was at Baccalan incident France.

Like any video on social media, we are seeing a brief moment. It being slowed is really misleading in terms of video. Most probably they had something reflective on their gear, a piece of glass, a mirror, anything, and the sun hit it right. Or they dropped a flashlight, or the flashlight shifted briefly and the camera caught it just right. Or, it could have been something that caused a hot spot, like a torch, a spark was left and they walked off. I’d like to see the rest of the video – if the fire started there, it’s pretty obvious. Maybe it was thermite and dropped, maybe it was something reflective – they walked off after.
