Revision to X-Rated Newspeak Dictionary

Angel Hernandez is in the news again. When last we encountered him, he was squawking that it is racism that has impeded his career advancement, rather than his reputation as one of the worst umpires in Major League Baseball. Now he plays a roll in revising the X-rated version of the Newspeak Dictionary:

Major League Baseball has disciplined Houston Astros outfielder George Springer for directing foul language — that many consider homophobic — at umpire Angel Hernandez.

During an April 23 game against the Minnesota Twins, Springer was called out on strikes by Hernandez. After the incident, cameras caught Springer calling Hernandez a “f—— c———.”

The F-bomb is okay, but you can no longer call incompetent umpires c***s***ers, because that would imply that there is something wrong with being a c***s***er — which is a thought crime.
