Police knew about the situation cause I convinced Bob to call 911 when he was saying someone stole his mower. (Turned out to be at his mom’s house.) Still nothing. Then after 8K site damage and some personal injuries to staff they stated to get the drift. After that he was a kept man. There needs to be ways for the community to respond to problems BEFORE they escalate. For my neighbor Bob they were all too late to the party.

It is about mental illness probably 90% of the time. They are usually people who are disturbed in a certain way that manifest with anger, blaming others for their anger; but they are able to function such as holding down a job. It is extremely difficult to get these people help as they refuse to see themselves as having a problem. Family, friends and even employers are afraid to inform on them because there is nothing that can legally be done until they seriously harm themselves or someone else. They know they could very well be retaliation on them or others when they inform. Anonymously informing is a joke. The sick person is ill but not stupid. They will know or find out who informed on them. Because it is a humiliation they are further enraged and will find a way to retaliate and they always find away to do it with guns or some other way.
