Climate Worship Service in Madrid

Global warming has been metamorphosing from a political ideology into a religion. A recent climate worship service in Madrid drives the point home.

The gala was organised by the Spanish wing of the Climate Reality Project, an NGO founded in 2011 from the consolidation of two of Al Gore’s environmental organisations.

The event was hosted by comedian Sara Escudero, who wore a dress made out of recycled materials, including CDs and feathers. Comedy has become so hyperpoliticized that some comedians don’t even tell jokes; they just bark insults at the enemy camp. Whether she regarded her dress as a joke or environmentally sacred garb is impossible to say.

Various awards were bestowed upon moonbats who had distinguished themselves by stoking global warming hysteria.

Most recipients were Spanish, but there was also a special “under 18s” award for Greta Thunberg and all the students across the globe involved in the Fridays for Future movement. Although Thunberg could not attend, there was a slightly surreal stunt of a man dressed in Greta’s yellow raincoat taking to the stage with the “todos somos Greta” (we are all Greta).

Just as bread and wine becomes the body and blood of Christ according to the doctrine of transubstantiation, any moonbat can become Greta Thunberg by donning a yellow raincoat.

Imagine entering an auditorium full of climate change maniacs wearing yellow raincoats. The audience turns toward you as you come through the door. Every single face is Greta Thunberg’s, lips curled in a “How dare you” snarl. Happy Halloween!
