So basically, YOU earn your money, but the bank “owns” your money!

The government can take anything and everything when they want.

Once I had a warrant out for my arrest because of a court error. I had over $600 cash in my wallet and it was most of my rent money. Well left jail with only $50 in my wallet and they took it as bail. So much corruption and I respect officers but it’s no wonder many dont. Just sad.

Guilty until proven INNOCENT. Alex Jones was talking about law enforcement confiscating peoples money traveling on the interstates back in the early 2000′s, as well as other years following. Some states law enforcement he said is worse than others. Texas was at that time one of the worse to do this. Over the years he reported that more and more states were taking peoples money during traffic stops. Then eventually Jones began reporting the airports security began taking folks money too. The money law enforcement from many different law enforcement agencies took from people was money people could prove they had in their possession for legitimate reasons to conduct their businesses, or to buy a car, other legal reasons, and so forth. These people had to sue to get their money back. In some states the suing process could take 2-3 years to go through the court systems. Often the people only got half their money back if anything. Some people could not afford an attorney to sue states, counties, and law enforcement, to get their money back.

Over the years Jones reported on actual stories of these law enforcement thefts within days of the thefts occurring. Little old ladies who only had 2-3 thousand dollars to their names would carry this 2-3 thousand dollars, their life savings, in their pocketbooks while driving on the roads because they had lived through the Great Depression and they were afraid to put their little bit of savings into banks. So, they would ALWAYS carry their money with them. Cops took the money during traffic stops and the little old ladies never got it back.

We can’t win. We live in what is considered remote region, where we need to have cash on hand, in case we need to evacuate. If we are forced to evacuate, we will need cash for fuel, food and accommodation while travelling. Heaven forbid if we need to buy a plane, train or bus ticket and loss of power is an issue. In this day and age of Geoengineering of our weather, this has become an issue for many of us.

Thank you for adressing this. I view the police as land pirates. The police in Tennessee tried to confiscate our commercial diving trailer with all our equipment. Its value was over 100k. The local police department wanted to have its own dive team so the police tried to take our trailer. It took our company 2 weeks to get it back. I now avoid Tennessee like the plague. I will take the long way around it rather than drive through it. To many pirates…

And I get made fun of and called paranoid because I refuse to use banks?

I’ve seen reports in Australia that they are planning on removing cash. All payments to be made with bank cards so you can be tracked. Saw a photo of folks lined up for gas so they could evacuate. Gee, if the power was out (think of California) they would be trapped…..people need to WAKE UP! NWO….

This has been going on for a really long time now, and it’s nation wide “legal” theft by the courts and authorities who those courts have given such power. Why do you think they want everyone’s guns so badly for? They know their committing numerous crimes in the name of the law just like the sheriff of Nottingham did, in the old Robin hood movies! Why are so many surprised at this tiny piece of criminality which only touches upon a greater problem in this country that has been ongoing for decades already! You want to know who many of your real criminals are then just look at who is in an elected office or appointed position to see that. But most won’t bother to do that since they are pansies and wussies who like getting screwed by this system of professional criminals. Or their one of em themselves and hate it when light is shined on their activities!

My dad died over a year ago and my siblings and I are still trying to get the bank to give us his savings account. We have an attorney at $160 an hour helping us sue the bank. We hoped through all the demands of the bank and still they refuse to release it!

I had that happen to me at the Bank of Amerca a few years ago I had over $88,000 in my checking and saving acct. and $70,000 in CD,s and I want to get $4500, in cash to buy this old Harley motorcycle from this really old biker guy he wanted cash for his bike no checks! and the f*&%ing bank would not give me the cash and they said we will give you a cashier check and I said no and it was over 30 min of questions to get the ok from the bank manager and I had to fill out some paperwork to get money I told manager why the paperwork it was not over $10,000 she said that are banks policy I close all of my accts and they give me a cashier check. the next day and went to a Credit union open up an acct. and to this day I have no problems getting a large amount of cash or deposit it in my acct. as long as not over $10,000, I buy and fix up old motorcycles and sell them for a hobby most people want cash and pay in cash and I do pay my taxes on my profits at the end of the year
