BS! The mayor let a group of armed militant radicals to take over several blocks including the police department , destroy millions in property and kill 3 people. Not to mention the businesses destroyed and people injured. They declared a new sovereign nation within her city and held a border with armed guards, while extreme drug use and rape was absolutely rampant. She released violent criminals from jail, arrested law abiding citizens, and gave credence to the most ridiculous of radical ideas. There is no defending these actions, she facilitated and defended one of the most extreme acts of insurrection and lawless behavior for weeks, bragging about it even. She should be on trial for treason, reckless endangerment, misuse of public funds, negligence of public safety in extreme fashion, aiding and abetting multiple counts of murder, rape, assault, drug trafficking illegal arms trafficking, vehicle theft, public and private property damage, extortion, insurrection against the federal government, conspiracy to commit insurrection, endangering the public and I’m sure much more. The death penalty isn’t enough for a list of crimes that extreme, I don’t think there is a punishment that could come close. The world has lost its mind! If anyone had seen this happen 10 years ago it would be the most scandalous story of the last century, there would be 3 different movies being produced about it within a week, there would be fundraisers for the citizens who’s businesses were destroyed. People would have like blue bracelets or something in support of police who were injured in the takeover, Oprah would have the teen survivors who were raped and abused in the zone telling the story of the psychotic warlord and his posse. If anyone supports her actions they really need to do some self examination, supporting those kind of actions is absolutely insane.

Jenny Durkan is not just a “do nothing mayor.” She has blood on her hands. I hope responsible citizens will show her the error of her ways in the next Seattle mayoral election.

A 16 year old literally died because she failed to control her city. She has blood on her hands and the media isn’t calling her out.

She has no chance for re-election, same for mayor of Portland and Chicago. Their own party hate them and Republicans are looking for their heads on a plate.
