In Japan when they had the Tsunami nobody stole or rampaged. Everything was done in an orderly style.
My cousin went to stay there and she felt completely safe whilst teaching English there. She rode a bike everywhere. It was funny because in the building she stayed the first thing they told her was each resident had to take turns cleaning up around the building.
Another friend who went there told me how amazingly modern and orderly Japan was and very clean. I mean they do have their problems there like most places but for the most part that’s what it is.
