The very center of the camera frame is NOT where the talking head belongs; it belongs up near the top…(and NEVER down below.) Notice professional newscasters…their heads almost touch to the top of the camera frame. There’s nothing interesting about the wall above your head…correct composition crops all that out. Be sure to pass this suggestion on to your guests as well.
