I don’t yet know what to think of Gene Decode. His story of DUMBS gives me the heebie-jeebies because my mother born atop some DUMBS he shows west of ClearLake Ca where I spent much of my child hood, only then to be brought under immediate intense contact for 10 years the 1970′s with men-in-black types who worked the DUMBS of China Lake, Lompoc, skunkworks and all that desert area north of LA, plus some of the psychics involved with that, and the family of General Curtis LeMay who were so secretive because of who they are but seeked me out for friendship . Having escaped that in 1982 unexpectedly landed me into the most sensitive position of full access at the Klaus Schwab and Maurice Strong World Forum. Now with that Gene Decode saying I’m living atop another DUMBS where on Feb 24, 2021 a huge black unmarked helicopter flew very low and slow over me at the exact time the Federal Reserve computers went into meltdown and I went thru a one hour time loop and it event set off electrical fires in my home.
I’m stumped by it all and I know it’s not normal, I think if they were going to capture and dissect me they would have done it 50 years ago. So, to stir the pot and shake out more info as to why the strangeness I’m posting the story as best I can.

The CIA is operation setup following WWII, a follow-on of the OSS with ties to NAZI Germany secret project with non-human beings. Even more disturbing to me about the Gene Decode story of DUMBS is that my father worked for Phillip Anschutz when he purchased the Southern Pacific and Union Pacific railroads and was combining them into one railroad. Daddy ran all the west coast railroad yards and they liked him so much they tried to recruit him into the secret society they called “Brown Hats” at the San Francisco headquarters, they were like the Rockefeller brown derby hat guys. Daddy told me about it, it freaked him out and he declined the offer. Later they tried again to capture him into the club by offering him the supervisor position of building the BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit System), again he saw it for what it was and declined. The BART was about building the tunnel system and as Gene has pointed out the tunnel system ties into the DUMBS under the Bay Area.
Here’s the freaky part. My parents divorced when I was the last child to venture out into the world. I had only seen him twice during that following period until he died in the late 90′s, and during that time, 1982, is when I was working at the Phillip Anschutz Lodge at Vail where the first World Forum was held. That connection is stunning when I figured it out in recent years as it turns out that Anschutz provides the hosting facilities for all the World Forum events.

Following the first World Forum I stayed in the Vail area for several more years

Mr. Decode, since the normal maximum progress of a 40′ dia. X 300′ long tunnel boring machine (TBM) is one mile per month (assuming 50% utilization). How is it that so many miles of tunnels exist?
