Mr. Del Big Tree, you are doing God’s work. Keep it up. Bless you. Here’s my story that no one ever believed because I was a kid when it occurred and back in the 50s no one believed children.

I am anti-vaccination for the past few years because I was vaccinated in 1957 for school at 9 years old between 4th and 5th grade. I was told I needed more vaccinations than the other kids because the school I transferred from didn’t vaccinate. I felt fine after the vaccination, but when I attended school some time later, I began passing out when I stood up. I began feeling pins and needles in my feet. I felt sleepy much of the time except when I was moving. A few months earlier the dentist said I had the healthiest teeth he’d ever seen: no cavities. Now relatives were worried because my gums suddenly went pale. People blamed me for the illness. Worse yet, I was one of the top athletes in my class being able to outrun all 40 kids at my grade level including the black kids. Now I was one of the weakest. I was totally confused about what happened to me. Had I upset God? Then in 5th grade that winter when the Hong Kong flu hit I nearly died with a 105 temperature. The doctor was called to the house, the first time ever. I lost all my hair because of the high temperature. I lost all my friends because I could no longer play sports at the high level I played before. I felt ashamed. My dad’s friends looked at my dad with questioning eyes when I could no longer keep up with them…
