You’re going to lose certainly big country attention because they will be diverted. I think it could have a damaging impact.”

Gosh Jean, I hate to dash your hopes, but both Putin and Xi have their own plan for world domination and don’t give the proverbial rat’s rear-end about your NWO Great Reset via the imposition of climate control laws and mandates. Although if Russia and China, in their mad quest for world control, manage to launch an effective cyber World War and shut down power grids in the West, you might indeed see a significant reduction in carbon emissions.
