Hazards and Tropical Weather

Thunderstorms are expected to develop again this afternoon and evening. Cloud-to-ground lightning, gusty winds, and heavy downpours will be possible with any thunderstorm that develops. A few storms could become severe leading to damaging microburst wind gusts. Storms will be slow moving leading to a heavy rainfall threat. So, localized flash flooding remains possible, especially for areas that saw heavy rainfall earlier today.
