What can I say,
Courts are ruled by men.
Men went to law school.
Men took an oath to the Constitution in order to “practice” law in court.
They lie, but that’s not a constitutional violation.
But if they get someone else to lie in an affidavit, they corrupt the system; and for that, if it’s called out during, as soon as you know, they get into trouble, if you find out after, you have to call it out, they get into trouble.
Its a system of witnesses and evidence.
If you don’t have either, there’s a hot chance you don’t have a case…even if you have a case, you can’t be the only one who knows bad things happened.
That’s why cops need to see bullets or a body, or a weapon, or have a witness, etc.
Like these guys were all smokers and there was a forest fire where they were camping, but they told the cops they were camping somewhere else.
They get there, and sure enough there’s a campsite, and cigarette butts, but the number of smokers and the number of butts didn’t match how many days they were camping, so it was “probable” they were somewhere else, and moved campsites and only had cigarette butts for the number of days they were at that campsite.
