Tom Fitton, the president of conservative watchdog Judicial Watch, said that Biden weighing in on the case further ‘highlights the conflict of interest the Justice Department has.’
‘The fact that he [Attorney General Merrick Garland] hasn’t appointed a special counsel is a scandal,’ he told DailyMail.com.
Fitton also speculated that ‘maybe these comments are our conscious political operation to pressure the Justice Department.’
