For YEARS, many uneducated would mix and confuse ‘Republic’ with ‘Democracy’ with ‘Capitalism’…but in reality, a Republic is ‘representative government’ (you ELECT someone YOU TRUST to make wise decisions, as you would…knowing you can’t always be there to always watch over his shoulder), while a ‘Democracy’ is where 51% tell the other 49% how to live. Both are ‘styles of government’. HOWEVER, ‘Capitalism’ is a financial system…not a means of governance. When you try to ‘run a nation’ on the idea of ‘Capitalism’, you know what you get? A complete system of prostitution…because now, ‘everything has a price’…the only question, is if you can afford it? From ESG scores to carbon allotments and financial gains in the markets…pay attention, this isn’t a case of ‘corrupt leadership’ as much as you simply being ‘left out of the decision making process’ on how to get there. Yes, it is a return to ‘serfdom’, yes, in some ways, for most it will also mean ‘slavery’…but in reality, it is about a two-caste system where those who want ‘changes’ and can afford them, will get them…and those that don’t want changes, but can’t afford to stop them by paid-influence, will be eliminated or disregarded.
