Yeah Will that does sound good However in boot camp they taught us about the U.S.C.M.J. or Uniform Code of Military Justice and the Posse Comitatus Act which prohibits the U.S. military from prosecuting civilian personnel unless granted by an act of congress or deeming them enemy combatants during wartime. As far as I know neither of these things have been done. So gitmo tribunals are just a conservative fantasy. It’s nice to dream though.
