2. Where is the ‘consulting approval’ from Independent Practicing Physicians as required by law that before any new research for a VACCINE is funded and could start ONLY IF THE PRACTICING PHYSICIANS HAVE NOT ALREADY FOUND WAYS TO CURE ANY NEW DISEASE WITH ALREADY AVAILABLE FDA APPROVE DRUGS AND TREATMENT PROTOCOLS ?
