White Privilege Versus Black Privilege in America

Racism gallops across the American landscape hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and throughout the year. Everyone assumes that whites cause racism, and blacks suffer victimhood from this phenomenon. But if you travel to Africa, blacks dislike whites and even kill them. In South Africa, the current black government leaders call for ridding that country of all four million whites.

In America, blacks call whites “crackers, honkies, whitey….” and a dozen other nicknames. Whites call blacks…well, you can name a half dozen right off the bat. The fact remains: America continues as a racially conflicted society.

It’s nothing new. Mexico finds incredible racism within its people. The same goes for highly racist Japan, India, Saudi Arabia, China, Canada, Australia, and European countries—and just about everywhere humans intermingle with different races.

Some religions espouse racism such as Islam. You can’t get any stronger than, “Convert or kill all non-believers of Allah.”

As discovered for the past three centuries in America, the Negro race and the Caucasian race don’t get along, don’t like each other and find themselves in conflict on multiple levels. Because of laws, they tolerate each other for the most part. Some say different races “learn” racism, but in fact, racism stems from biologically-driven factors such as tribalism, language, culture and ethnic identity.

While European whites created parliamentary government with laws and penalties for breaking them, Africans originated from tribes with no written laws. When whites brought blacks amongst them, all hell broke loose because whites lived in a lawfully structured society that diametrically opposed African tribalism.

But since whites maintain a majority in America, blacks must abide by the law, whether it fits into their tribalism or not. At the same time, black Americans today hold more power positions, more political positions, and more media positions. Thus, they can make many charges against “white privilege.”

Recently, CNN black host Don Lemon enraged listeners with his racist rant against white people, “So,” he said, “we have to stop demonizing people and realize the biggest terror threat in this country is white men, most of them radicalized to the right, and we have to start doing something about them. There is no travel ban on them. There is no ban — you know, they had the Muslim ban. There is no white-guy ban. So, what do we do about that?”

Ironically, Don Lemon makes a huge salary from the white listeners of CNN. Is that white or black privilege for Mr. Lemon?

In one interview LeBron James, the multimillion-dollar NBA star said,

“When I first went to the 9th grade in high school, ‘I was like, I’m not f–ing with white people,’” he said, “because I was so institutionalized growing up in the ‘hood. It’s like, ‘They don’t f—k with us, they don’t want us to succeed.’

“So, I’m like, ‘I’m going to this school to play ball and that’s it. I don’t want nothing to do with white people,’” he said.

In the past few months, he restated on camera that he didn’t hang with white people because he doesn’t want anything to do with them. Ironically, his million-dollar salary arrives into his bank account by millions of white fans.

Even Oprah Winfrey in one interview blamed all whites for racism and said that the only way for racism to end: In 2013, she said that “older people, who were born, and bred, and marinated” in racism “have to die” before racism can be solved.”

Virtually every night on the news across America, you cannot help but hear of racial unrest in all 50 states. It’s assumed that whites cause racism. But in fact, it’s a two-sided affair.

Black privilege runs deep: nearly 90 percent of the NFL remains black athletes with no affirmative action for whites. Blacks dominate 97 percent of the NBA with no affirmative action for whites.

One look in the entertainment field: Black Entertainment Television for blacks only. Miss Black America for blacks only. Blackish TV program for blacks only.

Black Caucus in the U.S. Congress. United Negro College Fund. All black lawyer organizations. MeetBlackPeople.org for black mating singles. National Association for Advancement of Colored People. Black Culinarians. Rainbow Coalition and hundreds of other black-only organizations. Affirmative Action benefits blacks only.

If anyone attempts to create a “whites only” organization, they face immediate racism, white nationalism and white privilege charges.

How do you stop racism when it occurs via biological realities facing every ethnic group? How do you mitigate it in sports, the work place and social life?

After a lifetime of watching ethnic groups in my travels all over the world, I am not optimistic that humans will ever come to any acceptance of other races. Racism is as American or African as apple pie and elephants. It’s as Japanese as a Samurai and/or as Chinese as the Great Wall. Racism runs as deep as a nuclear submarine. Different races separate everywhere in the world with their own kind. We can integrate schools, workplaces, churches and any other organizations—but people find commonality among their own race. It’s in our DNA.

Here in the United States, where immigration completely displaced the majority of 90 percent whites in 1965, to today, where whites will become the new minority by 2042, and give way to Hispanic-Latinos as the new majority—we all better find a way to respect one another rather than curse one another. We must do whatever we can to keep our national English language, because if we fail in that endeavor, different languages breed different world views and racial conflict because none of us will think or act on the same page.

We face another 100 million immigrants, with ethnocentric world views from 196 different countries, projected to land on our shores within 30 years to jump us from 300 million in 2006 to 440 million by 2050, Americans don’t stand a chance to further American culture or the English language that holds us together. We either better stop mass immigration or we will all become victims of a fractured and fragmented multicultural and diversified boiling cauldron of a civilization.
