Serpo: Milabs And The Hidden Hand

Last Sunday, Ground Zero arranged a special viewing of the X-Files in the Skype Live studio, a private studio located adjacent to our radio station in downtown Portland. The show began with a special greeting from Dean Haglund, the actor who portrayed the role of Richard “Ringo’ Langley, the long-haired geek that was one of the Lone Gunmen – a trio of conspiracy theorists that appeared on the show from time-to-time.

It was an honor to hear from Haglund, who confirmed a lot of what was revealed in the X-Files was actually information that myself and some of my associates have written over the years in Paranoia magazine and elsewhere.

Chris Carter most certainly has been known to have mined ideas from people like William Cooper, Jordan Maxwell, Olav Phillips and others, and it most certainly felt as if the X-Files have matured in such a way that it created other ideas to consider. Some have been updated for the times, meaning after the attacks of September 11, 2001.

After what I felt was a very good reboot of the series, I wanted to take a look at the critics and audience responses and what I saw made me realize there is a very strong bias against anyone who is even speculating about conspiracy theory during the Obama administration.

I especially noticed the overall attitude about the series was that the current national mood is something which seems more fearful, and what the show has done is exploited that fear. The reviews by critics seemed gratuitously cynical even though ratings were high and fans of the series were so happy it had returned. Then, I realized what was happening.

You see, when the Bush Administration was in the White House, it was okay to question the powers that be, now in this era of fake hope and hollow promises it is anathema to point out that government is corrupt even with his highness, Obama in office.

The response by a media eager to protect the reputation of our President once again has a hypocritical and polarizing stance. They can’t appreciate conspiracy theory, because any and all questioning of government is no longer approved of in this era of hollow platitudes and fake cheer leading.

The irony is that I received an e-mail from someone whose friend had some harsh words about the X-Files series saying it was disinformation and predictive programming.

I didn’t want to point out that this freelance speculating and trolling of one of my favorite TV series and a television show where I know some of producers and actors annoyed the hell out of me. I thought there is no satisfying everyone in this world and when arm chair conspiracy bloggers claim that a television show that is fiction loosely based on nonfiction is disinformation – I have to ask, when did the X-Files become a documentary?

I also wonder, does anyone really understand how the scripts are based on various conspiracy theories that have been reported on show like mine and other similar podcasts and TV shows?

It was more or less a conspiracy history lesson from the Roswell crash until now. Sure, they threw in things in the plot like references to gun control and the police state because these topics are parapolitical in scope and feed off of other conspiracy ideas, from cover ups of aliens including the military threatening witnesses – and the most frightening of all a collusion between the military and aliens to conduct experiments on humans in exchange for advanced technology.

Needless to say, the critics hate campaign has failed and the X-Files is most certainly back and nothing; not even arrogant Obama hopefuls and sycophants, are going to sully Mulder and Scully.

Many in the media and even those who lurk in conspiracy circles probably did not know that the X-Files “reopening” on TV, coincided with a declassification of documents from what can be called the military’s earlier version of the X-Files – Project Blue Book.

Nearly 130,000 pages of declassified UFO records have been released to eager investigators on the web.

Project Blue Book was based at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. Between 1947 and 1969, the Air Force recorded 12,618 sightings of strange phenomena — 701 of which remain “unidentified.”

According to a 1985 fact sheet from Wright-Patterson, posted online by the National Archives, the Air Force decided to discontinue UFO investigations after concluding that “no UFO reported, investigated and evaluated by the Air Force has ever given any indication of threat to our national security. The Air Force concluded there has been no evidence indicating that sightings categorized as ‘unidentified’ are extra-terrestrial vehicles.”

Wright-Patterson also said the Air Force has not seen any evidence suggesting the sightings “represent technological developments or principles beyond the range of present-day scientific knowledge.”

One thing you won’t find online are records related to the alleged 1947 Roswell, New Mexico, incident, where witnesses and investigators maintain the military recovered a crashed alien spacecraft and its occupants.

Another thing you won’t find in the documents is something the new X-Files show tackled with the revelations of an alien abduction from a character named Sveta. Sveta claims that she is an abductee and that she suspects her blood carries alien DNA. During Mulder’s interrogation of her, she lets it slip that not only were aliens present during her abductions, but humans were there too.

To keep it brief and not give any spoilers as to the details, her experience is similar to what has been reported as MILAB (Military/Alien Abductions) and another under-reported claim of human experiments carried out on humans in exchange for technology called, Project SERPO.

These projects are not named in the X-Files television show; at least not initially, however, it does give a reason to open up the dialogue about the possibility that alien abductions have been happening and the government, the military, and other clandestine groups have cooperated and even assisted in abducting humans for alien experiments.

According to Dr. Michael Salla:

On the night and early hours of February 20-21, 1954, while on a ‘vacation’ to Palm Springs, California, President Dwight Eisenhower went missing and allegedly was taken to Edwards Air Force Base for a secret meeting. When he showed up the next morning at a church service in Los Angeles, reporters were told that he had to have emergency dental treatment the previous evening and had visited a local dentist.

The dentist later appeared at a function that evening and presented as the ‘dentist’ who had treated Eisenhower. The missing night and morning has subsequently fueled rumors that Eisenhower was using the alleged dentist visit as a cover story for an extraordinary event.

The event is possibly the most significant that any American President could have conducted: an alleged ‘First Contact’ meeting with extraterrestrials at Edwards Air Force Base , and the beginning of a series of meetings with different extra-terrestrial races that led to a ‘treaty’ that was eventually signed.

William Cooper, the author of Behold a Pale Horse, which was the inspiration of many X-Files episodes and the X-Files movie, “Fight the Future,” served on the Naval Intelligence briefing team for the Commander of the Pacific Fleet between 1970-73, and had access to classified documents that he had to review in order to fulfill his briefing duties. He gives details on what happened during Eisenhower’s contact.

Cooper stated that in order to ensure peace between us, the extra-terrestrials demanded nuclear disarmament and that our government refused because of the Cold War. Later, another meeting at Hollomon Air Force Base produced an agreed upon treaty of peace.

Cooper explained the terms of the 1954 treaty reached with the Grey extra-terrestrials as follows:

The treaty stated that the aliens would not interfere in our affairs and we would not interfere in theirs. We would keep their presence on Earth a secret. They would furnish us with advanced technology and would help us in our technological development.

They would not make any treaty with any other Earth nation.

They could abduct humans on a limited and periodic basis for the purpose of medical examination and monitoring of our development, with the stipulation that the humans would not be harmed, would be returned to their point of abduction, would have no memory of the event, and that the alien nation would furnish the Majestic 12 committee with a list of all human contacts and abductees on a regularly scheduled basis.

Another whistleblower source for a treaty having been signed is Phil Schneider, a former geological engineer employed by corporations contracted to build underground bases and who worked extensively on black projects involving extra-terrestrials.

He revealed his own knowledge of the treaty in the following:

Back in 1954, under the Eisenhower administration, the federal government decided to circumvent the Constitution of the United States and form a treaty with alien entities. It was called the 1954 Grenada Treaty, which basically made the agreement the aliens involved could take a few cows and test their implanting techniques on a few human beings, but they had to give details about the people involved.

Schneider’s knowledge of the treaty would have come from his alleged familiarity with a range of compartmentalized black projects and interaction with other personnel working with extra-terrestrials at the Dulce underground military facility in New Mexico.

In 2005, an anonymous source sent a series of emails to a UFO Discussion Group led by former U.S. Government employee, Victor Martinez. These emails detailed the existence of an Exchange Program between the U.S. Government and the Ebens – alien beings from Serpo, a planet from the Zeta Reticuli Star System. The program was thus called, Project Serpo.

The source identified himself as a retired employee of the government, claiming he had participated in a special program.

The program’s origins lay with the two UFO crashes in New Mexico in 1947 – the famous Roswell incident and another one in Corona. He claimed one extra-terrestrial survived the crash and was transferred to the Los Alamos National Laboratory. The other six deceased extra-terrestrials were placed in a freezing facility in the same laboratory.

Establishing communications with the scientists and military personnel, the survivor provided them with the location of its home planet and continued to cooperate until its death in 1952. The alien provided information regarding the items found inside the crashed UFOs. One of the items was a communication device that it was allowed to use, contacting its home planet.

A meeting was set for April 1964, when an alien craft landed near Alamogordo, New Mexico. Upon retrieving the bodies of their dead comrades, the extra-terrestrials engaged in an information exchange that was carried out in English, thanks to the aliens’ translation device.

One thing led to another and in 1965, the aliens accepted to take a group of humans back to their planet as part of the exchange program. Twelve military personnel were carefully selected for a ten year stay on Serpo. The ten men and two women were specialists in various fields and their task was to gather as much information as possible, regarding all aspects of life, society and technology on the alien planet.

They were three years late and four people short when they finally returned in 1978. Two men had died on the alien planet. One man and one woman had decided to stay. The journey to Serpo, located 37 light years from Earth, took only nine months aboard the alien craft.

Since the first reported incident of abduction from the Betty and Barney Hill case in 1961, we have heard the stories of needle like probes, DNA sampling, sperm removal, and ova removal, animal and now, human mutilation.

Why would aliens want this?

Remember, Betty and Barney Hill claim they were abducted by aliens and humans and that Barney described at that time as wearing Nazi uniforms or looking Nazi-like.

Later, there were other stories that were similar however, there were variations such as aliens having sexual intercourse with humans and women bearing alien children.

Once again, we ask if it could all be psychotic episodes and suggested memories. Then came the accounts of abductees claiming they had alien twins and clones of themselves on board. Also alien-hybrid children started becoming the focus as with the case of Katharina Wilson, the author of the “Alien Jigsaw.”

Once on a huge craft, she claims that she held a hybrid child, which was not doing too well. There was a hybrid doctor there in a white coat. Another time they presented her with a child while in her bedroom.

She also claims that she was told in 1993 by a blonde hybrid that the government was and is continuing to perform human cloning experiments. Men and women are being cloned and experimented on. These stories were told by many abductees earlier and in 1996 Dr. Ian Wilmut cloned a sheep and named her Dolly. It was later revealed to the world that this was done in 1997.

Purely “science fiction” when it was told by abductees and science fact when reported by scientists. The other “science fiction” that abductees spoke of in the past 4 decades is the transformation that the earth was supposed to have been experiencing at the turn of the century.

While many argue that nothing is happening it may be prudent to point out that in the 69 years since it was alleged the Earth had been accidentally visited by extra-terrestrials at Roswell in 1947 and since the so-called abduction phase of the alleged mythology, there has been a transformation of the Earth and its inhabitants.

It can be argued that time can change everything; however, it was alleged by abductees and experiences that the aliens themselves warned us of global catastrophes and cataclysms.

It was the aliens who allegedly experimented on our animals and plant life. It was the aliens that conducted intrusive and horrific experiments on humans. It was the aliens who were cloning. It was the aliens that were mixing species and creating mutations. It was the aliens who predicted that we would see the results of our meddling with powers that would eventually destroy us.

So, in order to see the future and wonder if all of the abductees were fabricating their stories, let’s look at the track record of what has happened in the nearly 50 years of the abduction phenomenon:

• HIV and AIDS have appeared virtually out of nowhere.

• Mad Cow disease appears out of nowhere. Researchers have spoken of cattle mutilation and its alien heritage, could there be a connection?

• Alien behavior in humans is present with the rise in pedophilia and violent acts such as cannibalism and ritualistic mutilations.

• Diseases that usually can be treated by antibiotics have become resistant and human immune systems are failing.

• Morgellons disease which has been called the extra-terrestrial disease as it appears to be a fibrous disease where fragments hide under the skin and possibly create their own DNA.

• Sexual drives are diminishing in healthy males. Sterility is on the rise. Infertility is rising in a number of women. New forms of birthing procedures are becoming rapidly available. Cloning is now a reality.

• Suicides are on the rise.

• UFO Sightings and paranormal phenomenon is being reported by more people now than ever before.

• Increased drug treatments for anxiety attacks and panic. Also, people complaining of stomach and intestinal distress and headaches.

• Governments using ignorance to cover up truths. Religions being corrupt and police forces corrupted as well.

Is this all part of an alien intrusion or is it just business as usual in the apocalypse?

One of the more interesting experiences that have been written about is the contact experiences of horror writer Whitley Strieber. Many people are aware of his many great published works that have been made into films including “The Hunger,” “The Wolfen,” and “The Coming Superstorm” – which became the well-known climate disaster film, “The Day After Tomorrow.”

Many are well aware that Strieber wrote a book about his harrowing experiences with beings form elsewhere called, “Communion.” This story also became a film, starring Christopher Walken.

In 2013, Strieber revisited his experiences in a new book entitled “Solving the Communion Enigma” where he clarifies that he is still not convinced that his alien abduction is all about the alien/human relationship. He even goes as far as to say what happened to him may have been a criminal event or even collusion between humans and aliens and that while his experiences are mysterious and perhaps alien, he does not consider himself an advocate of alien contact.

Whitley Strieber’s alleged alien contact experiences talked about in his book, Communion, mostly happened at a cabin near Wallkill, NY. Wallkill, NY is surrounded by airstrips, two of which are under military control: Stewart AFB at Newburgh, NY, and the Special Operations Training Center located about 5 miles to its west.

Strieber’s cabin is located on the perimeter of this area, and near the Special Ops Training Center.

Is this a coincidence?

According to some surveys, nearly 2% of Americans believe that some strange intruder has abducted them. The abduction scenarios read like a recipe in most cases and there is also the same amount of people within the set of reported cases that are determined to be psychotic or delusional. The fact is that not every case is a true abduction case. This does not mean however that the phenomenon is not happening.

The handfuls of accounts that have no explanation are horrifying and deserve investigation.

If this kind of kidnapping and torture was carried out by a human agency, there would be a consensus demand for an investigation into whom or what was responsible. Since such a small amount of people claim that these events are happening, governments have not investigated them.

There has also been the theory that world governments are involved with the abduction processes and that perhaps a collusion with aliens exists or the most horrifying of all, humans are carrying out these experiments and using the alien stories as a cover. After all, an “alien” would not be able to stand trial for these crimes against humanity. Abductees were claiming for many years that invasive procedures were being used for some higher purpose and that DNA was being sequenced in order to study humans. The invasive procedures included the removal of sperm, ova, DNA, and human fetuses.

Abductees for many years were saying they have seen first-hand that these aliens were able to extract sperm and ova from them but many claimed they saw clones of themselves and clones of several other mammals in labs that were on ships. Many abductees made claims that the aliens were using their DNA to replicate alien hybrids. These cases were best known and heard in the early seventies and eighties.

While we argued their validity in the 1990’s, it is evident that now cloning is a reality and DNA sequencing has been going on in order to map the human genome.

Were the abductees telling the truth and were all of the cases truly alien abduction or some other experiences meant to duplicate the template or profile that had been suggested by the mainstream media?

As we reach for reality in the 21st century, it is becoming more and more evident what was considered fabricated prophecy 20, even 40 years ago is beginning to transpire.

The tales of DNA sequencing, hybrid cloning and various other alien doppelgangers are appearing now, seemingly out of nowhere. Also diseases of all kinds are showing up and people are becoming resistant to other diseases. Is this evidence of alien contact with humans?

Is there proof that a eugenics program conducted by the military and aliens exists, where certain women and men are chosen for sexual and genetic experimentation in order to create a hybrid race of beings?

In the X-Files, Fox Mulder finds the alien human connection is contradictory to what he has been thinking the whole time he was searching for his abducted sister. I can relate to the contradictory nature of this phenomenon. I have always found that those abductees who still do not know what has happened to them are by far the most normal people I have met.

That doesn’t mean that those who are sure of their alien experiences are lying, it is just that to put a definitive label on what is happening cheats us from the experience of examining whether not it is all physical, or if there is truly a psychological or spiritual wiring that manifests the alien experience when we are under the influence of trauma or distress.

It is in these times we can be more open to manipulative experiences that may or may not be – paranormal.

This is the life experience and it should never be marginalized as psychosis when the evidence suggests that it’s something more – and then some.

As Bill Ryan, founder of the Project Avalon Forum said, “the story itself (about Serpo) was disinformation and a lot of it was pretty silly (and everyone involved knew that) — but the interesting part about disinformation is that some of it is true.”
