These Amerindians/Native Americans/First Peoples are smart cookies. I married one. They are not the savages that we have traditionally portrayed them as. Before the white man came there were as many as 150 million of them throughout the continent in the deep woods to the fruited plains (to coin a phrase)/ Furthermore, they dedicated THOUSANDS of earth mound temples to their god(s) such as Yowa /Yohowah (Jehovah anyone?). Their Quetzalcoatl was from another domain in the universe. They were so spiritually inclined that they were their own light in their temples! It was the advent of the Eastern world influencing their culture as they came West that paralyzed their spiritual sensitivities and they degenerated into squabbling tribes as they lost their “light.” Their priesthood became Priest CRAFT and witchery and voo-doo ism and the like saturated the remaining cultures of these once noble and grand people. Inasmuch as you would call their god as such, he would by definition be EXTRA-terrestrial , in other words not of this Earth. Simple as that and plain as day. Yes, ET has been with us for thousands of years and not necessarily cute little turtle-like beings with or without shells.
