The key is quatrain V.25 that is about an invasion of (from?) PERSIA=IRAN
by almost 1 MILLION (men ?)
But it could be also almost a MEGATON = 1 MILLION TONS of EXPLOSIVE.

The “Arab Prince” could be the Moon, but also Mohammed Bin Salman (MaBuS ?)
as the very good Nostradamian author John Hogue wrote long ago.
