The World Economic Forum opened a virtual conference yesterday featuring its Great Reset initiative with a speech from China’s president and general secretary of the Communist Party, Xi Jinping.

World Economic Forum founder Klaus Schwab introduced Xi by commending China for its “many initiatives” undertaken “in the spirit of creating a world where all actors assume a responsible and responsive role.” Schwab’s reference to “reset” is the “Great Reset of capitalism” he called for last year to “reform” the world’s democratic systems in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

Schwab, who hosts the annual conference in Davos, Switzerland, of the world’s most influential political and business leaders, said in his introductory remarks that 2021 “will be the critical year to reestablish trust in our ability to shape our common future in collective and constructive ways” and to “accelerate the transition to a net-zero economy.”

“In view of this objective,” he said, it was his “honor” to introduce the communist leader.

Schwab said that in the last four years since Xi’s “historic speech in Davos 2017,” the world “has become more independent and more fractured and polarized.”

No doubt alluding to the global leadership of President Trump, who confronted China economically and politically, Schwab said “polarization
“has created the age of disagreement, which threatened to derail humanity.”

“Now, we must come together to ensure that we capture the moment and move into the age of collaboration to build a better world,” the WEF founder said.

In his remarks, Xi urged the global community to put differences aside, warning history shows countries that go it alone “will always fail.”

“As we cope with the current crisis and endeavor to make a better day for everyone, we need to stand united and work together,” the Chinese leader said.

“We have been shown time and again that to beggar thy neighbor, to go it alone and to slip into arrogant isolation will always fail. Let us all join hands and let multilateralism light our way toward a community with a shared future for mankind,” said Xi.

Looks like that the light has turned green and world powers are now moving forward with the reset – and they are counting on the government of the United States to be a a proud member of this new technocracy.

This is the shape of things to come.

I have spoken about the plans that the world has for the United States. From Bilderberg Meetings to the orgies at the Bohemian Grove, the leaders of this nation and of the world had been busily speaking of a future where the experiment of the constitutional republic of the United States would be dissolved in favor of a technocratic super state.

It is unfortunate that many people are not well read enough or historically literate, because now we are hearing all of the magic words that have been used before to brainwash the masses into marching into a new philosophy of who we treat each other.

The mission of the world order is to get people to cannibalize one another in an effort to reduce the pollution and prop up a technocratic priest class whose job will be to reconstruct society.

A steadily growing percentage of Americans realize some form of threat does exist that actually challenges the continued existence of this Republic.  The only problem is that most Americans are turning on themselves rather than understanding that the threat is external.

Several writers and commentators have spoken on the “shadow government” and their task of “controlled disintegration” in order to level the physical economy of the wider world economy. Starting in 1973, the Council on Foreign Relations embarked upon a massive, nation changing project it named “Project 1980s.” This project had at its core, the policy of “controlled disintegration” of world economy in order to reconstruct a socialist government based on the Chinese Model.

Several key policies of “Project 80s,” were major issues that dealt with the now hugely propagandized ecology and climate “problems” and the task of population reduction. Controlled disintegration of the economy would force the world into a new kind of socialism.

The threat to the republic is known as the Permanent Revolution of The Open Conspiracy.

H.G. Wells was the author of a book called, The Open Conspiracy. This book was an expose on what the elite were planning for the future and how a a new form of socialism would gradually take over the world. Creating a New World Order that would replace world religion and world government.

He stated that it all would be replaced by collectivism. He stated that collectivism would kill religion and old forms of government by replacing it as the ideology of the New Age, ushering in a new government.

Collectivism is a term used to describe any moral, political, or social outlook, which stresses human interdependence and the importance of a collective, rather than the importance of separate individualism: in other words, defining one’s self or one’s work by a group or collective, rather than by one’s own individuality.

In 1901 Wells wrote:

“It has become apparent that whole masses of human population are, as a whole, inferior in their claim upon the future, to other masses, that they cannot be given opportunities or trusted with power as the superior peoples are trusted, that their characteristic weaknesses are contagious and detrimental to the civilizing fabric, and that their range of incapacity tempts and demoralizes the strong. To give them equality is to sink to their level, to protect and cherish them is to be swamped in their fecundity. “

He was literally saying that the people are incapable of governing themselves and that the elite should be in charge — He believed that the elite were sort of the priest class that would be capable of managing world affairs.

H.G. Wells was arguably the father of social engineering and psychological operations where he used retro causality and planted the seeds of dystopia in what he wrote.

By shaping society’s imagination of the future, and embedding existential/nihilistic outcomes within his plotlines, Wells realized that the entire zeitgeist of humanity could be affected on a profound level than simple conscious reason would permit. Since he robed his poison in the cloth of “fiction” the minds of those receiving his stories would find their critical thinking faculties disengaged and would simply take in all trojan horses embedded in the stories into their unconsciousness. This has been an insight used for over a century by social engineers and intelligence agencies whose aim has always been the willing enslavement of all people of the earth.

While he is best known for such fiction works as The War of the Worlds, The World Set Free, The Invisible Man, The Island of Doctor Morrow, and The Time Machine, Wells’ lesser-known non-fiction writings like The Open Conspiracy, The New World Order, The Outline of History, The Science of Life and The World Brain served as guiding strategic blueprints for the entire 20th century war against sovereign nation states — eventually dissolving them for a new socialist world government.

While many people default to George Orwell and 1984 when talking about English Socialism and Big Brother, Wells was more into what can be called “The Revelation of the Method” where in the 1930’s he predicted World War II stating that it would continue well into the 1960’s.

In 1933 “The Shape of Things to Come: The Ultimate Revolution” was published.  H.G. Wells wrote of the future predicting, rather optimistically, that there will be another world war in just a few years, followed by epidemic and famine. In this fictional future, war continues for thirty years into the 1960s, despite the people having forgotten why they started fighting. Humanity enters a new Dark Age. In a last bid for victory, the enemy deploys a biological weapon resulting in the “wandering sickness,” producing the first zombies, and by 1970 the global population has dropped to a little under one billion.

Wells did predict the war — and there were various  wars that followed.  The New Dark Age — could very well be the very Dark Winter that Joe Biden continually speaks about and the wandering sickness sounds a lot like COVID-19. If you wanted to know the agenda of the new socialism — it could be found in the writings of HG Wells.

Even though Wells painted the future as horrific — he said it was a necessary evil in order to trigger the “great reset.”

He claimed that it was to restore balance in nature.

It is only with this reduced population size that the world can begin to build itself back together from the chaos that it was, and enter into its new phase of evolution as a biologically superior species (the inferior having been culled by war and disease), managed by a bureaucratic system under the form of a world government.

This is the sci-fi fantasy of H.G. Wells and is the central theme to everything he wrote including his works of non-fiction. The subject on ways to reduce the world population was a troubling dilemma for Wells…not the reducing part, but the thought that there would be those so foolish as to forbid it.

Wells’ conception of the nature of humankind was formed with its foundation built upon the philosophies of Charles Darwin and Thomas Malthus.

In Wells’ “Anticipations” published in 1901, he writes the “vicious, helpless and pauper masses” have appeared, spreading as the railway systems have spread, and representing an integral part of the process of industrialization, like the waste product of a healthy organism. For these “great useless masses of people” he adopts the term “People of the Abyss” and he predicts that the “nation that most resolutely picks over, educates, sterilizes, exports or poisons its People of the Abyss” will be in the ascendant.

The science of population control advanced by Huxley, Galton, Wells, Mackinder, Milner and Bertrand Russell was the basis for a new scientific priesthood and “world government” that would put a stop to the startling disequilibrium unleashed by the electric spread of sovereign nation states, protectionism and commitment to scientific and technological progress.

The new government needed to eliminate legacy systems, destroy Judeo-Christian belief systems  and weed out undesirables in order for the new priest class to operate.

Wells believed that a new strategy had to be concocted. This took the form of H.G. Wells’ 1928, The Open Conspiracy: Blueprint for a World Revolution. This little-known book served as a guiding blueprint for the next century of imperial grand strategy calling for a new world religion and social order. According to Wells:

“The old faiths have become unconvincing, unsubstantial and insincere, and though there are clear intimations of a new faith in the world, it still awaits embodiment in formulae and organizations that will bring it into effective reaction upon human affairs as a whole.”

In his book, Wells outlines the need for a new scientific gospel to supersede the Judeo-Christian faiths of the western world.

He was simply describing a new Oligarchy that relied on science instead of faith.

Outlining the aims of The Open Conspiracy, Wells writes: “Firstly, the entirely provisional nature of all existing governments, and the entirely provisional nature therefore, of all loyalties associated therewith; Secondly, the supreme importance of population control in human biology and the possibility it affords us of a release from the pressure of the struggle for existence on ourselves; and Thirdly, the urgent necessity of protective resistance against the present traditional drift towards war.”

H.G. Wells died in 1946 – other social engineers continued his work during the Cold War. One of the leading figures here being Wells’ associate, Lord Bertrand Russell, who wrote in his 1952 The Impact of Science on Society:

“I think the subject which will be of most importance politically is mass psychology…. Its importance has been enormously increased by the growth of modern methods of propaganda. Of these the most influential is what is called ‘education’. Religion plays a part, though a diminishing one; the press, the cinema and the radio play an increasing part… it may be hoped that in time anybody will be able to persuade anybody of anything if he can catch the patient young and is provided by the state with money and equipment.”

“The subject will make great strides when it is taken up by scientists under a scientific dictatorship. The social psychologists of the future will have a number of classes of school children on whom they will try different methods of producing an unshakable conviction that snow is black. Various results will soon be arrived at. First that the influence of home is obstructive. Second that not much can be done unless indoctrination begins before the age of ten. Thirdly verses set to music and repeatedly intoned are very effective. Fourth that the opinion that snow is white must be held to show a morbid taste for eccentricity. But I anticipate. It is for future scientists to make these maxims precise and discover exactly how much it costs per head to make children believe that snow is black, and how much less it would cost to make them believe it is dark gray.”

Even though Wells and Russell are dead,  their ideas and philosophies are now held by those who are now being sought after as experts in world affairs today.

Their disciples include Henry Kissinger, George Soros, Klaus Schwab and Bill Gates. These men along with Prince Charles, Boris Johnson and even Joe Biden see this time in history as an opportunity the “Build Back Better.”

Wells saw the technocracy — he saw the world reset that is similar to what  they are planning at Davos.

The Great Reset is the restructuring of civilization.

Again, it should be repeated the words of Henry Kissinger when he channeled the specter of Wells telling a group of technocrats in Evian, France in 1992:

“Today, America would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order. Tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told that there were an outside threat from beyond whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well-being granted to them by the World Government.”

Kissinger along with the other Davos crowd know what they are doing — and it believe it or not the conditioning process for the reset began as far back as the 1900’s with H.G,  Wells.  It took careful planning to retool religion, education, art, music, entertainment and politics to shape what is to come.
