In 2008, Devan had a dream about the house we are currently living in. We had never been to Pioneer.

Devan drew the house when he woke up. In 2015, we moved into the house, not realizing until later that

it’s the house that Devan had drawn. I found the notebook about a year ago and saw the drawing.

When we first stepped into the house, it was very dark inside in the middle of March. There was a room

under the main part of the house that was locked up and even the realtor didn’t have a key. When she took

us upstairs, I looked into the loft, but would not go in there. It was as if something was telling me not to

go in there. Upon purchasing and getting the keys, we noticed that there was a board missing in the wall

in the locked room. The missing board gives room to walk around under the house. Devan has has had to

board it up because it feels as if something in there is watching you. I once walked in there with a K2

meter and it lit up red as soon as I crossed the threshold. Devan has seen black orbs come from that room,

as well as a shadow man opening the padlocked door and walking out. One day Devan parked his car

close to that door and he thought that he had hit a man with a dog. He ran out of the truck to see if he’s ok,

but no one was there. I once walked outside early in the morning and saw who I thought was Devan

walking toward the street. I asked him what he was doing out there so early and then the figure vanished

right in front of me. I sometimes hear footsteps on the deck and have seen figures sitting in patio chairs

with the SLS camera. The porch swing that used to sit on the deck continues to swing long after someone

is done sitting on it.

When we took out the carpet in the loft upstairs, I took before and after photos. In the after photos, I could

see two orbs in the closet and two on the bed. It always feels as if someone is watching you while in that

room. I cannot stay in there for more than ten minutes. Next to the loft is a small half bathroom. A friend

of mine was in that bathroom one day and heard someone call for daddy. He thought it was his son, but

when he went to his son, he was asleep. In the upstairs bedroom, I once saw a shadow figure walk past the

door. Everything in that room was boxed up, but I could hear someone going through the boxes. Once I

could hear boxes falling in there, but when we went to look, nothing was out of place. We were once

woken up at 1am by that bedroom door slamming hard. No windows were open, and no air or heat was

turned on.

In the living room, we have a porcelain doll that fell off of the shelf and did not break. We were in the

kitchen at the time. We have a cat ball that lights up by itself in the living room every night around 8pm. I

once saw the figure of a person sleeping on our couch using the SLS camera. While sitting on the couch I

was doing an EVP session. I asked if there’s gold under the house and it said, “Yes”. My first paranormal

experience in this house occurred in the living room. We had been living here for five days and I was

home alone. We had a bunch of stuff on the counter, and a five pound pocket hose lifted off of the counter

and was thrown toward me. We tried to debunk it. There was a lot of other stuff on that counter and if it

had just fallen on its own, other stuff would have fallen also. Sometimes the door knob turns by itself and

it appears that someone is opening it. One night we were woken up by the sound of footsteps going up the

stairs and I could hear a little girl say, “Mom?” Then I heard “Shh, they’re sleeping. You’ll wake them

up.” It was very clear and there was no one else in the house.

In our kitchen, there is a spirit that does not want Devan in there. I get phantom smells of lavender. Every

time Devan walks into the kitchen, he suddenly feels like he has to go to the bathroom. A couple of times,

the garbage can lid has lifted up and was thrown across the kitchen. One evening, we had an ice cream

scooper lift out of the ice cream container and get thrown across the kitchen. Once, I lifted up the sleeves

of my heavy sweatshirt on a snowy day and found three red scratch marks on my arm.

In the downstairs bathroom, Devan once heard someone say, “Help me, I’m drowning.” He has also gone

in there in the middle of the night and saw the glowing white ghost of a dog. It was curled up in a ball,

sleeping on the floor. We had and old puppet on a shelf in the bathroom and that also fell to the floor one

morning.

In the bedroom that we usually sleep in, I can often smell cigarette smoke. No one has ever smoked in the

house. I was grabbed by the foot and pulled to the end of the bed one night. One afternoon, Devan was

lying on the bed with the dogs when he felt a corner of the bed lift up off of the ground. He yelled for me,

but by the time I got there, it was already back down on the ground. It made a loud boom when it hit the

floor. Across from the bathroom is a closet. One morning I was looking for something in the closet when I

heard someone whisper my name in my ear.

In the room that is now an office, I often hear someone moving around. Things have randomly fallen off

of the wall. When we used to sleep in there, I once felt something with sharp claws digging into my skin

while I tried to go to sleep. It was on top of me, holding me down. I opened my eyes to see what it was

and it looked like a large, orange cat with glowing red eyes. A shadow figure has been seen in the room.
